Reempresa organitza una activitat de networking per a propietaris de negocis i reemprenedors

El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya organitza el proper 28 de setembre el “Cafè de la Reempresa” a Terrassa, una sessió informativa i de networking adreçada a empresaris de la província de Barcelona que volen cedir el seu negoci amb l’objectiu de donar-li continuïtat, a emprenedors que valoren la possibilitat de no començar una empresa des de zero i a empresaris que vulguin créixer mitjançant l’adquisició d’altres empreses. La sessió es farà de 3 a 5 de la tarda a la seu de la patronal Cecot (Sant Pau, 6, 08221, Terrassa).

Per tal de cedir o adquirir una empresa en funcionament, s’ha de seguir una planificació molt estricta per tal d’assegurar a l’empresa una llarga vida. Independentment de la seva grandària, del tipus d’empresa o de la seva naturalesa, una cessió comporta un acte de gestió que no s’improvisa, sinó que s’ha d’organitzar a consciència. Davant d’aquesta situació, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya realitzarà el “Cafè de la Reempresa” per donar a conèixer als empresaris cedents i reemprenedors les opcions de cessió i d’adquisició que tenen al seu abast, el procés de compravenda al que s’enfronten i el conjunt de serveis, sense cap cost, que tenen a la seva disposició gràcies al Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya.

De la mateixa manera, Reempresa ofereix un mercat d’oportunitats per a persones que prefereixen emprendre un negoci existent i per a empresaris que volen créixer mitjançant l’adquisició d’empreses. És molt més fàcil continuar una empresa que començar-la de zero, entre d’altres moltes avantatges, s’aprofita la feina feta per l’anterior emprenedor, s’assumeix menys risc, l’empresa té una estructura i uns permisos, es compta amb una reputació i una cartera de clients consolidada, s’adquireix coneixement i es disposa d’un entorn favorable.

Sobre Reempresa

Reempresa (www.reempresa.org) és el mercat de compravenda de petita i mitjana empresa de Catalunya. És un nou model d’emprenedoria i de creixement empresarial, pel qual un nou emprenedor – reemprenedor – pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una empresa ja existent, comprant-la en la seva totalitat per continuar l’activitat, salvaguardant d’aquesta manera el patrimoni empresarial individual i col·lectiu, per a fer-la créixer, sense haver de passar per la creació des de zero.

El mecanisme possibilita la venda d’una empresa existent a fi d’evitar que tot l’esforç i recursos invertits s’esvaeixin per falta de relleu empresarial, possibilitant a més que un emprenedor li doni continuïtat sense haver de passar per la fase de creació i possibilitant el manteniment dels llocs de treball i la posició de mercat existents. El reemprenedor aporta a l’empresa una renovadora línia d’actuació i els mitjans necessaris per la millora i reorientació del negoci.

Des de l’any 2011, amb més de 5.900 reemprenedors donats d’alta i més de 3.500 empreses donades d’alta a la plataforma, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha intervingut en més de 950 transmissions, el que ha suposat la generació de més de 47 milions d’euros d’inversió induïda i el manteniment de més de 3500 llocs de treball directes.
