La Unió Europea escull Reempresa per definir els estàndards de qualitat de les plataformes de transmissió d’empreses

La Comissió Europea estima que 450.000 empreses són transmeses cada any, afectant 2 milions de llocs de treball, i per això cal desenvolupar plataformes i serveis de reemprenedoria més efectius.
La Cecot ha acollit a la seva seu institucional la reunió de posada en marxa del projecte europeu EU4BT “Engaging users for business transfer” (Comprometent usuaris en la transmissió d’empreses), que té per objectiu ajudar a la Unió Europea a definir els estàndards de qualitat per a la creació de plataformes de transmissió d’empreses més eficients, i establir la llavor del futur mercat europeu a través de la connexió de les plataformes que operen actualment al continent.
A la reunió, organitzada pel Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, hi han participat representants de les diferents entitats sòcies del projecte com són Transeo; Sowaccess i Hogeschool Utrecht.

Amb un desenvolupament de 18 mesos, aquesta iniciativa permetrà elaborar un estudi únic fins el moment en aquest camp; un estudi acadèmic sobre l’estat actual de les plataformes ja existents arreu d’Europa, combinat amb la celebració de reunions amb els responsables d’aquests serveis.
El projecte recollirà informació sobre el model de negoci, la metodologia de matching i la tecnologia amb la que funcionen per tal de identificar les millor pràctiques i poder elaborar recomanacions per a la Unió Europea sobre la creació de serveis més eficients i sostenibles, així com la proposta de definició del futur mercat europeu de transmissió d’empreses.
Aquest és un projecte emmarcat dintre del nou marc d’actuació de suport a la PIME de la Comissió Europea, el programa COSME (Competitivitat per a la Petita i Mitjana Empresa), en el que s’han compromès a afavorir la transmissió d’empreses arreu d’Europa.

L’EU4BT és un projecte que lidera el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya (mitjançant la Fundació Cecot Innovació) i que compta amb la participació de 3 socis més:
- Transeo: La primera associació europea del sector de la transmissió de petites i mitjanes empreses a Europa. Té per objectiu promoure l’intercanvi de bones pràctiques i coneixement entre entitats del sector per tal d’estimular la transmissió de PIMES a tota Europa, així com representar-ne els seus interessos a llarg termini. Actualment compta amb més de 45 socis de tota Europa. El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya és membre de la Junta Directiva des de l’any 2014. (www.transeo-association.eu)
- Sowaccess: Entitat pública Valona (Bèlgica) responsable del servei de transmissió d’empreses del Govern de Bèlgica. Sowaccess és membre fundador de Transeo i gestiona una plataforma de transmissió d’empreses des de l’any 2010. (www.sowaccess.be)
- Hogeschool Utrecht: L’Escola de negocis d’Utrecht (Holanda) participa a través del professor Lex Van Teeffelen, estudiós en el camp de la transmissió d’empreses amb nombroses publicacions al respecte. (www.hu.nl)
