Reemprenedor, coneixes els nous incentius fiscals al teu abast?

Des del 10 d’octubre ja ha entrat en vigor la tant esperada Llei per al Foment del Treball Autònom i de l’Economia Social que aprova noves mesures que beneficien tant als emprenedors com als reemprenedors.
I és que els treballadors per compte propi aglutinen un enorme potencial en quan a la generació de treball. Així ho demostra el fet que, gràcies a tots els autònoms que s’han aventurat a crear la seva pròpia empresa o a reemprendre una d’existent, han aconseguit que en tres anys el número d’assalariats contractats per autònoms s’hagi incrementat en 95.145 persones, el que representa un creixement del 14%.
A continuació us expliquem els principals incentius que teniu al vostre abast:
- Tarifa plana per autònoms: els autònoms que optin per la base mínima de cotització durant els primer 6 mesos hauran de pagar la quantitat fixe de 50€ al mes. D’aquesta manera el professional coneix en tot moment, i amb seguretat i certesa, la quantitat a satisfer.
Aquells que optin per una base de cotització superior a la mínima podran aplicar-se durant els primers 6 mesos una reducció sobre la quota per contingències comunes del 80%, sent la quota el resultat d’aplicar a la base mínima de cotització que correspongui al tipus mínim de cotització vigent en cada moment.
A més a més, després d’aquests 6 mesos tal i com ja s’havia establert en anteriors lleis d’ajuda a l’emprenedoria, independentment de la base de cotització escollida, es podran aplicar les següents reduccions i bonificacions sobre la quota (sent la quota a reduir el resultat d’aplicar a la base mínima de cotització que correspongui el tipus mínims de cotització vigent en cada moment):
1. Una reducció equivalent al 50% de la quota durant els 6 mesos següents.
2. Una reducció equivalent al 30% de la quota durant els 3 mesos següents.
3. Una bonificació equivalent al 30% de la quota durant els 3 mesos següents.
- Com a novetat també, els autònoms que contractin treballadors també podran beneficiar-se de la tarifa plana d’autònoms en la seva quota a la Seguretat Social. Per tant, els reemprenedors ja no haureu de sacrificar la vostra tarifa plana com autònoms en cas de mantenir els treballadors de l’empresa.
- Compatibilitat de l’atur amb ser autònom: es fa extensiu a totes les edats que els autònoms puguin compatibilitzar treballar i cobrar l’atur durant 9 mesos o pel temps inferior que els hi quedi de prestació.
- Segona oportunitat pels aturats que emprenguin: els aturats que estiguin cobrant la capitalització i emprenguin com autònoms podran reprendre la prestació d’atur fins a 5 anys després d’haver començat l’activitat. Tanmateix, quan hagin passat més de 2 anys s’hauran de justificar raons econòmiques o organitzatives.
- Capitalització de l’atur: independentment de l’edat, tots els emprenedors i reemprenedors autònoms podran optar a capitalitzar l’atur els 100% per la inversió inicial. En el cas de la creació de societats mercantils, també es fa extensiu a totes les edats la possibilitat de capitalitzar l’atur per realitzar l’aportació al capital social i també per cobrir les despeses de constitució, així com adquirir serveis específics d’assessorament, formació i informació. Tanmateix, per a poder-s’ho aplicar els socis hauran de prendre el control efectiu de l’empresa.
