Noves subvencions de l’Ajuntament de Reus per al foment del manteniment d’un establiment o negoci

Destinataris:
Ajuts econòmics per a persones compleixin amb els següents requisits:
- Ser titular d’una activitat econòmica o negoci ubicat a la ciutat de Reus amb els corresponents permisos administratius inherents a l’activitat.
- Presentar alguna de les formes jurídiques següents:
a) Quan es tracti d’una persona física estar degudament donada d’alta a Hisenda Pública i la Seguretat Social i que la ubicació de l’activitat econòmica o negoci no sigui en un domicili particular destinat a habitatge.
b) Quan es tracti d’una persona jurídica aquesta ha de ser privada i ha d’estar degudament constituïda i inscrita en el corresponent registre públic.
c) Quan es tracti d’un ens sense personalitat jurídica s’haurà de designar un representant o apoderat únic, i s’haurà d’indicar els compromisos assumits per cada membre de l’ens (article 10.3 ordenança).
Queden excloses les activitats empresarials següents:
- Els bancs i caixes d’estalvi.
- Les respectives convocatòries podran redefinir les activitats excloses d’aquestes subvencions.
- No incórrer en cap de les prohibicions contingudes a l’art. 13 de la Llei 38-2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.
Requisits específics:
- Que s’hagi realitzat el canvi de titularitat del negoci a través d’un traspàs d’un negoci en funcionament ubicat a Reus en el període que es determini en la corresponent convocatòria.
- Que realitzin una inversió mínima de 10.000,00€ en despeses subvencionables.
Despeses subvencionables:
a) Projectes tècnics d’enginyeria, d’interiorisme, de decoració o arquitectura, que es produeixin en les instal·lacions on es duu a terme l’activitat empresarial.
b) Obres: Reforma parcial o integral de les instal·lacions on es duu a terme l’activitat empresarial.
c) Instal·lacions: electricitat, gas, aigua, sanejament, incendis, aire condicionat, estalvi energètic i totes les necessàries per desenvolupar l’activitat en les instal·lacions on es duu a terme l’activitat empresarial.
d) Mobiliari per l’activitat.
e) Equipament tècnic i informàtic: projectes de tecnologia de la informació, hardware, programari, comerç electrònic i elements informàtics.
f) Imatge exterior: rètol, façana i aparadors.
g) Registre de marques i patents.
h) Despeses notarials i registrals.
Quantia de la subvenció:
- Fins a 2.000€.
Termini de sol·licitud:
Es podran presentar sol·licituds fins el dia 30 de setembre de 2019.
Documentació:
- DNI com a representant
- CIF en cas d’empresa.
- Pla d’empresa.
- Factures de la inversió realitzada o el contracte de traspàs amb l’inventari valoritzat.
- Justificants de pagament de les factures o del traspàs.
- Contracte de lloguer
- Contracte de traspàs on figuri l’inventari.
- Compte corrent
