Reempresa i la Diputació de Barcelona signen un acord per afavorir la continuïtat de les empreses

El vicepresident primer de la Diputació de Barcelona, Alberto Fernández Díaz, i el president de la patronal Cecot, Antoni Abad, van signar ahir un acord de col·laboració amb l’objectiu d’estendre el programa Reempresa a la província de Barcelona.
D’aquesta manera, ambdues entitats pretenen impulsar la cessió d’empreses com una via de creació i creixement de l’activitat econòmica i evitar tant el tancament de negocis econòmicament viables com la destrucció d’ocupació.
L’ampliació de l’abast territorial de la Reempresa es durà a terme durant els propers quatre anys i es realitzarà amb la col·laboració dels Centres Locals de Serveis a les Empreses de la província que rebran el suport de la Diputació de Barcelona i la Cecot.
En una primera fase, seran 30 els centres els que oferiran aquest servei prèvia formació i assessorament al personal tècnic municipal. A la segona fase, a partir de l’any 2014, s’incorporarà la resta de centres de la província. Cada any aquests centres atenen a més de 14.500 empreses i 36.000 persones emprenedores.
Afavorir la continuïtat de les empreses
Tant important com la creació d’empreses és afavorir la continuïtat i el creixement de les ja existents. En aquest sentit, el programa Reempresa, promogut per la Cecot, és un nou model d’emprenedoria i creixement empresarial que consisteix en un mecanisme segons el qual un nou emprenedor pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una companyia ja existent.
El conveni d’avui significa sumar esforços, informació i recursos per augmentar el rendiment d’un model de creixement empresarial que podria evitar el tancament de més de 200 empreses durant el temps d’execució del programa a la província de Barcelona i salvaguardar prop de 750 llocs de treball, tal i com s´ha demostrat en l´últim any de projecte. En aquest context, s’oferirà assessorament i s’impartirà formació per a tots dos col·lectius, cedents d’empresa i reemprenedors, sobre les característiques dels processos de compra-venda d’empreses i l’elaboració d’un Pla de Reempresa o de cessió.
Així mateix, el projecte Reempresa es complementa amb dues guies informatives –una enfocada als empresaris i l’altra per als emprenedors- i un portal web (www.reempresa.org) que recull tota la informació sobre el procés de traspàs, que permet sol·licitar assessorament i que esdevé un mercat transparent a Internet on trobar l’oferta i demanda d’empreses.
Aquesta és una aposta per promoure un mercat que, tot i els reptes actuals derivats de la situació de crisi, segueix sent susceptible de generar un creixement econòmic. Per aquest motiu, es considera necessari promocionar, fomentar i facilitar la reempresa com un mitjà de supervivència del teixit empresarial actual i futur de la província de Barcelona.
Doncs, en els propers deu anys, al voltant de 90.000 empreses i més de 190.000 treballadors de la província de Barcelona es podrien trobar involucrats en processos de reempresa. A més, les darreres dades indiquen que, només per raó de l’envelliment de la població, un nombre important de negocis canviaran de mans durant els propers 15 anys.
Per tant, potenciar a aquells que volen cedir l’empresa per jubilació, prejubilació o canvi de domicili permetriamantenir un 45% de les companyies i dels llocs de treball, evitant la pèrdua de capital econòmic i de coneixement especialitzat.
