Torna a Lleida el programa de Networking per a empresaris que volen cedir el seu negoci: “el Cafè de la Reempresa”

El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha organitzat a Lleida el primer dels dos “Cafè de la Reempresa” que té previst desenvolupar aquest any 2016. A la primera sessió d’aquest any es van donar cita prop de vint persones propietàries d’un negoci i que a curt, mig o llarg termini tenen intenció de deixar de gestionar l’empresa per un motiu de força major.
Independentment de la seva grandària, del tipus d’empresa o de la seva naturalesa, una cessió comporta un acte de gestió que no s’improvisa, sinó que s’ha d’organitzar a consciència. Davant d’aquesta situació, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha realitzat el “Cafè de la Reempresa” com a mecanisme efectiu per donar a conèixer als empresaris cedents les opcions de cessió que tenen al seu abast, el procés de transmissió al que s’enfronten i el conjunt de serveis, sense cap cost, que tenen a la seva disposició.
L’èxit d’aquestes trobades radica en el testimonial de persones que ja han cedit el seu negoci a un tercer i que poden entendre la situació personal i l’estat emocional dels assistents que són persones que estan al capdavant d’un negoci que han creat, consolidat i fet créixer i que ja sigui per una futura jubilació, per temes de salut, per poder iniciar una nova etapa professional, per temes personals com ara una separació, etc., se n’han de despendre.
La propera sessió del “Cafè de la Reempresa” a Lleida està programada pel dimecres 26 d’octubre, de les 15h a les 17h a la seu del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya a Lleida, ubicat a la Rambla Ferran, 32 (COELL)
Sobre Reempresa
Reempresa és el mercat de compravenda de petita i mitjana empresa de Catalunya. És un nou model d’emprenedoria i de creixement empresarial, pel qual un nou emprenedor – reemprenedor – pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una empresa ja existent, comprant-la en la seva totalitat per continuar l’activitat, salvaguardant d’aquesta manera el patrimoni empresarial individual i col·lectiu, per a fer-la créixer, sense haver de passar per la creació des de zero.

Des de l’any 2011, amb més de 4800 reemprenedors donats d’alta i més de 3100 empreses donades d’alta a la plataforma, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha intervingut en més de 770 transmissions, el que ha suposat la generació de més de 40 milions d’euros d’inversió induïda i el manteniment de més de 2800 llocs de treball directes.
