El programa Reempresa salva negocis viables amb el relleu d’emprenedors

El suport dels Centres Locals de Serveis a les Empreses, coordinats per la Diputació de Barcelona, ha aconseguit 75 casos d’èxit
Fins al juny d’aquest any, a la demarcació de Barcelona, 75 empreses i comerços han estat cedits a reemprenedors, mentre que a tot Catalunya s’han pogut salvaguardar per aquest sistema 180 empreses. L’objectiu de l’acord de la Diputació de Barcelona amb la patronal vallesana Cecot és ambiciós, ja que aspira a involucrar en 10 anys 90.000 empreses i 193.000 treballadors arreu de la demarcació.
Són els objectius de Reempresa, programa a través del qual els propietaris d’empreses en funcionament tenen l’oportunitat de cedir a altres emprenedors la seva activitat quan la deixen per jubilació o altres motius. Els que recullen el testimoni-empresa són reemprenedors que troben en aquesta iniciativa una via amb garanties d’èxit gràcies al suport dels tècnics dels 35 Centres Locals de Serveis a les Empreses (CLSE ) de les comarques de Barcelona.
Els beneficis d’aquesta iniciativa -que va iniciar en el seu dia Cecot i que ha amplificat la Diputació de Barcelona- s’estenen a tota la societat, ja que s’evita la pèrdua d’empreses viables i es garanteix el manteniment de llocs de treball que, d’una altra manera, es perdrien. Es mantenen, també amb aquest projecte, des de les instal·lacions productives de les empreses fins a la cartera de clients i de proveïdors, que és el que dóna valor a la història de l’empresa i a l’esforç realitzat en la seva creació i trajectòria.
Creix a les comarques
D’entrada, el programa Reempresa, que s’està implementant progressivament a les comarques barcelonines, ha creat un mercat obert i transparent de traspassos on propietaris i reemprenedors poden trobar-se i facilitar un relleu empresarial. Els 60 tècnics municipals formats per la Diputació de Barcelona assessoren i ajuden gratuïtament en tot el procés, tant als cedents com als reemprenedors.
Els nous empresaris també són tutelats en el pla de negoci per facilitar la continuació de l’activitat, una tasca en què sempre està present qui traspassa el comerç o l’empresa. Així, per exemple, ha estat en els casos de les botigues Sports Team, de Santa Margarida i els Monjos (Alt Penedès), Formatgeria Molins, de Molins de Rei (Baix Llobregat) i l’empresa de fabricació de bolquers de cotó reutilitzables i ecològics Tucuxi, de Granollers (Vallès Oriental).
Les persones que traspassen els seus negocis, a més d’aconseguir amortitzar el treball de tota una vida, senten la satisfacció que les seves “criatures” segueixen vives amb l’empenta d’un il·lusionat reemprenedor, a qui assessoren des del primer moment. Així ho ha fet la Pepita Trias, que durant 32 anys va regentar a Santa Margarida i els Monjos l’única botiga de productes esportius. El nom Esports David, el mateix del seu marit i el seu fill, l’hi va posar amb la vaga esperança que el seu hereu prengués el testimoni de la botiga un cop es jubilés la mare. El fill va optar per una altra activitat i la senyora Trias començava a perdre l’esperança: “Estava a punt de liquidar les existències i baixar la persiana quan va aparèixer la Berta Agut”, recorda.
