Reempresa proposa un mercat europeu de transmissió d’empreses

El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya va participar, aquest divendres passat, a la Conferència Europea de Transmissió d’Empreses organitzada per la presidència de torn de la UE a la capital de Malta. A l’acte hi va assistir el primer ministre maltès, Joseph Muscat, la comissària d’emprenedoria i petites i mitjanes empreses de la UE, Elzbieta Bienkowska així com representants polítics i empresarials de la Unió Europea per parlar de la importància del concepte de transmissió d’empresa per tal d’impulsar el creixement econòmic dels estats membre.
A l’acte també hi va participar David Garrofé, secretari general de Reempresa, que va presentar el programa davant més de 150 delegats com un “sistema de finestreta única on els compradors potencials i propietaris de negocis que volen transferir el seu negoci tenen accés a una plataforma única, a l’assessorament d’experts i a tota la formació especialitzada” que necessiten. Un espai on, va assegurar Garrofé, els usuaris “poden trobar el suport de l’administració pública, dels operadors econòmics i d’una xarxa de més de 100 entitats col·laboradores”.
En aquest sentit, el secretari general de Reempresa, va lamentar “la fragmentació del mercat de transmissions europees” i va destacar la necessitat que la Comissió Europea “promogui una certificació per a les plataformes de transmissió d’empreses a nivell europeu” així com posar en marxa “una campanya de sensibilització” dirigida a les pimes europees amb l’objectiu d’animar als empresaris i empresàries a considerar el creixement extern de les seves empreses mitjançant l’adquisició d’empreses nacionals o internacionals.
Aprofitant els bons resultats del projecte EU4BT liderat per Reempresa, Garrofé va demanar “crear les condicions necessàries perquè es puguin dur a terme transmissions transfrontereres”, i per “avaluar” els obstacles i les oportunitats vinculades de les mateixes amb l’objectiu final de posar en marxa un “mercat únic de transmissió d’empreses a nivell europeu”.
