Reempresa formarà emprenedors lleidatans per sortir de l’atur de llarga durada

Dimecres, 27 de setembre de 2017. El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya a Lleida acollirà el proper 5 d’octubre una iniciativa pionera adreçada a les persones que es trobin en situació d’atur de llarga durada.
Aquest projecte s’emmarca dins del conveni signat amb el Servei d’Ocupació de Catalunya, que impulsa la inserció laboral al facilitar que qualsevol persona pugui prendre el testimoni d’una empresa existent, comprant-la en la seva totalitat i continuant l’activitat. A través de diferents accions divulgatives, formatives i de consultoria s’ha aconseguit que un 40% del reemprenedors d’èxit siguin persones que es trobaven en situació d’atur.
La nova iniciativa consisteix en un itinerari d’impuls per a aturats de llarga durada i està totalment subvencionada. Durant la jornada, que tindrà una durada de 4 hores, s’oferiran eines per estimular les habilitats reemprenedores dels participants i per definir la seva empresa objectiu. L’itinerari proposarà també solucions innovadores per a la recerca de finançament, i comptarà amb la participació d’experts que podran resoldre els dubtes dels assistents.
A més de Lleida, Reempresa oferirà aquestes sessions especials a Girona, Terrassa, Tarragona i Barcelona.
A fi d’atendre les sol·licituds d’inscripcions, Reempresa ha habilitat una pàgina web on els usuaris interessats a assistir-hi poden formalitzar des de casa la seva inscripció: http://soc.reempresa.org/Formacio.
Des de l’inici del projecte, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha aconseguit gairebé 1.350 reempreses d’èxit, i ha permès l’accés a l’autoocupació a reemprenedors, la capacitat econòmica dels quals es situava en una franja d’entre 10.000 i 30.000 euros (en un 30% dels casos). En aquesta mateixa línia, cal destacar que una de cada tres reempreses assolides amb èxit s’ha venut per un preu comprès entre els 10.000 i els 20.000 euros.
Sobre Reempresa
Reempresa (www.reempresa.org) és el mercat de compravenda de petita i mitjana empresa de Catalunya. És un nou model d’emprenedoria i de creixement empresarial, pel qual un nou emprenedor – reemprenedor – pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una empresa ja existent, comprant-la en la seva totalitat per continuar l’activitat, salvaguardant d’aquesta manera el patrimoni empresarial individual i col·lectiu, per a fer-la créixer, sense haver de passar per la creació des de zero.
El mecanisme possibilita la compra d’una empresa existent al seu anterior propietari (cedent), podent autoocupar-se sense haver de passar per la fase de creació i possibilitant el manteniment dels llocs de treball i la posició de mercat existents. El reemprenedor aporta a l’empresa una renovadora línia d’actuació i els mitjans necessaris per la millora i reorientació del negoci.
Des de 2011 s’han formalitzat gairebé 1.350 reempreses d’èxit, de les quals un 40% pertanyen a reemprenedors que estaven inscrits com a demandats d’ocupació a alguna Oficina de Treball. Els sectors que han generat un nombre de transmissions més elevat han sigut el sector comerç, amb un 36%, i el sector serveis, amb un 22%.
