El projecte compta amb el suport de la Diputació de Girona. Els seus impulsors fan un balanç molt positiu de la iniciativa que a més permet donar un nou impuls al negoci pel fet de tenir nous propietaris alhora que és una “llavor” de generació de nova ocupació. Només una tercera part dels empresaris que traspassen el seu negoci ho fan perquè es jubilen.
El programa de compravenda de negocis impulsat per la patronal CECOT està tenint bona acceptació a la demarcació de Girona. Des que es va posar en marxa a mitjans del 2013, 65 empreses han pogut trobar el relleu de propietaris que els faltava i evitar així haver de tancar el negoci. Això ha permès també mantenir 240 llocs de treball i una inversió induïda d’uns 2,4 milions d’euros en el total de les operacions. D’aquestes 65 empres traspassades, una part molt important eren del sector de l’hostaleria (39,06%) i de serveis (36,9%) seguit en menor mesura pel comerç (14,8) i altres sectors (0,16%). El preu de la compra pot variar molt i per exemple el preu mig del comerç és d’uns 48.000 euros mentre que el traspàs d’una indústria és d’uns 157.000 euros. Pel que fa al perfil dels compradors, aquest respon a tres casos diferents: l’encarregat o treballador que es coneix el negoci; altres empresaris que volen ampliar el seu negoci comprant una altra empresa, o els professionals amb experiència de gestió d’empreses. Els compradors tenen entre 47 i 60 anysUna altra dada rellevant, és que l’edat dels reemprenedors –els que compren el negoci- oscil·la entre els 47 i 60 anys i en molts casos ho fan perquè no troben feina. Segons ha explicat Albert Colomer, representant del programa, “no tenen el mateix perfil de l’emprenedor nou i jove” que busca fer realitat una idea que ha tingut sinó que són gent amb experiència que no tenen por de tirar endavant un negoci.Es calcula que en els pròxims 10 anys a la demarcació de Girona hi haurà 11.000 empres afectades per aquesta necessitat de relleu generacional amb una ocupació directa de 250.000 llocs de treball. Aquestes són algunes de les dades que s’han donat a conèixer aquest dijous en el balanç d’aquests dos anys que el programa porta en funcionament a la demarcació amb el suport de la Diputació de Girona que ja s’ha compromès a seguir-hi apostant. Segons ha explicat el diputat de Promoció Econòmica i Diplab, Josep Antoni Frias, la posada en funcionament del programa té un cost d’uns 18.519 euros per any, dels quals un 75% els aporta la Diputació. Actualment es treballa amb els ajuntaments de Figueres, Olot i Girona i el Consell Comarcal de la Selva, el Gironès i el Baix Empordà. La idea és seguir estenent-se al territori. 680 empreses venudes a tot CatalunyaEl programa ha aconseguit evitar el tancament de 680 empreses a tot Catalunya des que es va posar en marxa l’any 2011, fet que va permetre preservar 2.400 llocs de treball i una inversió induïda de 35 MEUR. Actualment hi ha una bossa de 2.400 negocis per vendre i 4.211 possibles compradors. Tots ells mantenen l’anonimat amb la plataforma que s’utilitza al ‘Reempresa’ i que compta amb un total de 150 tècnics especialitzats. El risc és menor per ser un negoci que ja funcionaUn dels avantatges d’aquest programa és que el punt de partida és un negoci que és econòmicament viable i que porta temps en funcionament. Això fa que el risc per al comprador sigui molt menor, que també compta amb l’assessorament i els informes previs que s’han fet de mans de tècnics del projecte que avalen que tot està correcte. “Reprendre un negoci que ja està en marxa és set vegades més fàcil que començar de zero”, segons Colomer, que ha recordat que el propietari també acompanya uns mesos al nou amo per facilitar-li la feina del traspàs. I “el primer interessat que el negoci continuï funcionant és el mateix propietari que li ha destinat molts anys i esforços”, ha afegit el president de la CECOT, Antoni Abad, que ha recordat el component emocional de l’operació.Abad ha anat més enllà i ha dit que no és una simple “continuïtat” del negoci sinó que serà una “llavor” de generació de nova ocupació pel fet que l’agafa un nou propietari que li veu noves possibilitats de tirar-ho endavant. Per la seva banda, el president de la FOEG, Ernest Plana, ha subratllat que cal seguir donant a conèixer aquest programa perquè ncara hi ha empreses “invisibles” que no són botigues i que potser estan en un polígon industrial que no tenen un relleu per donar continuïtat al negoci. I ha afegit que les xifres “espectaculars” del programa avalen que s’està fent una bona feina.
