Noves subvencions de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona a treballadors i treballadores autònomes

Ja estan disponibles les noves subvencions de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona a treballadors i treballadores autònomes que han iniciat una nova activitat econòmica i empadronats a Barcelona.
Sol·licita-la i aconsegueix fins a 4.000€!
Destinataris:
Ajuts econòmics per a persones empadronades a la ciutat de Barcelona que hagin iniciat una nova activitat econòmica com a :
- Treballadors i treballadores autònomes (empresaris i empresàries individuals) o
- Noves persones sòcies de cooperatives de treball associat
Que compleixin els següents requisits:
- Haver iniciat una nova activitat econòmica a partir del dia 1 de gener de 2015.
- Alta fiscal a la ciutat de Barcelona com a empresaris o empresàries individuals
- Empadronament a la ciutat de Barcelona com a mínim tres mesos abans de l’alta fiscal.
- Trobar-se en situació d’atur abans de l’inici de l’activitat.
- No haver constat al RETA (Règim especial de Treball. Autònom.) per la mateixa activitat en l’any anterior a la data d’alta.
- Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries.
- Les persones sòcies de cooperatives de treball associat enquadrades en el RETA hauran de complir les mateixes condicions d’alta.
Despeses subvencionables:
Les despeses subvencionables, vinculades a l’inici de l’activitat i pagades durant el primer any fiscal de l’activitat, podran ser les següents:
- Quotes de la Seguretat Social del primer any d’activitat fiscal de la persona sol·licitant
- Tributs i preus públics relacionats amb l’inici de l’activitat econòmica i al primer establiment: Taxa Serveis Urbanístics per l’obtenció de Llicències i obres, Taxa Ocupació Terrasses, Taxa de Guals, Preu públic de residus, Impost de Construccions, Instal·lacions i Obres i Impost de Vehicles de Tracció Mecànica), els tributs i preus públics autonòmics relacionats amb l’inici de l’activitat i al primer establiment i dins el primer any així com els informes tècnics obligatoris per la legalització de la nova activitat.
- Despeses de gestoria i assessorament del primer any d’activitat fiscal
- Arrendaments de locals o despatxos del primer any d’activitats i afectes fiscalment a l’activitat
No se subvencionarà l’Impost de Valor Afegitde les despeses presentades i justificades (IVA)
Quantia de la subvenció:
- Fins a 3.600€: per a persones de 31 a 39 anys
- Fins a 4.000€: en cas de tenir una edat igual o inferior a 30 anys o igual o superior a 40
Termini de sol·licitud:
Es podran presentar sol·licituds fins el 30 de Novembre de 2016.
Documentació:
- Instància de sol·licitud de subvenció
- Full de sol·licitud de transferència bancària i/o certificat bancari de titularitat del compte
- Alta censal d’empresaris/es o professionals individuals (còpia de models 036 o 037).
- Informe de vida laboral.
- Còpia de les despeses subvencionables i comprovants de pagaments bancaris (i contracte de lloguer a nom del sol·licitant en cas que es justifiquin despeses d’arrendament de locals afectes fiscalment a l’activitat)

- Per Internet, des del Portal de Tràmits de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona amb Certificat Digital: www.bcn.cat/tramits (a partir del 19 de setembre de 2016)
