Els 4 anys de Reempresa: L’alternativa sòlida a la creació d’empreses

El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya va tancar a 1 de Gener de 2015 els resultats corresponents al Servei de Reempresa durant l’any 2014. Durant els seus 4 anys de vida, la Reempresa s’ha consolidat com una alternativa real a la creació de empreses per a tots aquells emprenedors que no volen passar per la incertesa que suposa començar des de cero. A continuació, us presentem els principals resultats del servei a dia d’avui.
Des de l’any 2011 i fins al Maig de 2015, Reempresa ha intervingut en la cessió de 460 empreses a emprenedors que volien continuar l’activitat. D’aquestes, 196 es van realitzar al 2014 representant, a data de tancament de l’any, un 53% dels casos totals. Durant els cinc primers mesos de 2015 Reempresa ha intervingut en la cessió de 93 empreses la qual cosa suposa un increment respecte dels cinc primers mesos del 2014 quan es va intervenir en un total de 73 reempreses d’èxit. Aquestes dades il·lustren el creixement del servei de Reempresa i la seva progressió pel que fa a establir-se com una alternativa sòlida a la creació d’empreses.
A nivell de sectors, i des del començament del servei, comerç ha sigut el més representatiu suposant un 34,07% del total de les cessions. Tot i això, el sector serveis i el sector d’hostaleria, amb una representació del 29,89% i 28,79% respectivament, s’estableixen conjuntament amb el sector comerç com els més representatius pel que fa a transmissions tancades. Durant el 2015, comerç ha representat un 32,95% de les cessions, seguit d’hostaleria i serveis amb un 29,55% i 28,41% respectivament, confirmant la tendència observada durant aquests quatre anys.
En referència als preus d’aquestes transmissions, indústria és el sector on el preu mig de cessió és més alt: 127.783,52 €. Construcció es situa en segon lloc amb un preu mig de 106.950€ mentre que a serveis, comerç i hostaleria els preus mitjos van ser de 53.840,93 €, 45.371,07 € i 33.835,53 € respectivament.
Respecte al tipus de transmissió, trobem que el 87,93% de les cessions s’han donat a tercers, representant la majoria d’operacions i evidenciant la necessitat d’un mercat que permeti posar en contacte empresaris i emprenedors. D’aquesta forma veiem que la tendència tradicional de transmetre el negoci a nivell familiar, mantenint-lo durant diverses generacions, està reorientant-se cap a les cessions a tercers que puguin donar una visió i una nova empenta a l’activitat. Durant els cinc primers mesos del 2015, el percentatge d’operacions de cessió que s’han efectuat a tercers ha sigut del 91,67% del total, confirmant aquesta tendència que s’ha vingut observant des de la posada en marxa del servei.
