En la renovació del conveni de col·laboració, el president de la patronal Cecot i del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, Antoni Abad, definia Reempresa com “un programa d’èxit amb efectes immediats”, i explicava el valor d’una xarxa professional que assessora i dóna suport tant al venedor com al comprador en el moment de traspassar un negoci. “La majoria de casos que atenem són negocis familiars sense relleu als quals els falta un acompanyament professional en el moment de traspassar el negoci, i aquesta és la feina que fem, donar confiança i seguretat en la transacció”, deia.
Leandre Mayola, gerent de Serveis de Promoció Econòmica i Ocupació de la Diputació de Barcelona, explicava al seu torn com “dels 35 punts Reempresa de l’àrea de Barcelona s’ha passat recentment a donar servei als 310 municipis de la demarcació”, de manera que el punt de Mollet també ha començat a donar servei a Parets, Montmeló, Montornès, Sant Fost, Vallromanes, Martorelles i Santa Maria de Martorelles.
El director del programa Reempresa, Albert Colomer, destacava per la seva banda que el 92% dels negocis traspassats a través de Reempresa continuen actives al cap de cinc anys, i que “si bé la majoria són comerços, serveis i negocis de restauració, també hi ha petites indústries i tallers que opten per aquest model de traspàs”.
Finalment, l’alcalde Josep Monràs apuntava que “Reempresa és un projecte d’oportunitats” que funciona gràcies a la col·laboració entre l’administració pública i les entitats privades, com Cecot, impulsora de la iniciativa. “És una col·laboració que permet que els ciutadans puguin optar a una feina estable i digna i evitar així la dependència dels ajuts”, deia, i agraïa als professionals d’Emfo la seva dedicació. “A més d’impulsar la creació de noves empreses també és important evitar que tanquin les que ja funcionen, perquè darrere d’un tancament sol haver-hi conseqüències familiars negatives”, apuntava l’alcalde.
Traspassos a l’alça
El Punt d’Atenció de la Reempresa de Mollet, actiu des del 2014, ha assolit amb èxit el traspàs de 44 petites i mitjanes empreses de la ciutat a nous emprenedors que n’han agafat el relleu, s’han conservat 130 llocs de treball i s’ha generat una inversió induïda de gairebé un milió d’euros. Al mateix temps també s’han atès més de 150 reemprenedors i més de 80 persones disposades a traspassar el seu negoci amb l’ajut de Reempresa. Pel que fa al conjunt de Catalunya, només durant el 2017 es van tancar més de 500 operacions de compravenda de petites i mitjanes empreses a través d’aquest suport.
