El Col•legi d’Enginyers Tècnics Industrials de Barcelona s’adhereix al Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya

El president de la Cecot, Antoni Abad, i el degà del Col·legi d’Enginyers Tècnics Industrials de Barcelona, Miquel Darnés, han signat un acord de col·laboració per fer arribar el servei de Reempresa als col·legiats i col·legiades que formen part d’aquesta organització catalana.
El Col·legi té com a funcions la defensa dels interessos de la professió, vetllant alhora perquè l’activitat professional dels col·legiats respongui a les necessitats de la societat, garantint l’acompliment de la bona pràctica i les obligacions deontològiques dels professionals. El Col·legi d’Enginyers Graduats i Enginyers Tècnics Industrials de Barcelona agrupa 6.500 professionals i la seva finalitat és l’ordenació, representació i defensa de l’Enginyeria Tècnica Industrial, de l’Enginyeria Tècnica en Disseny Industrial, del Grau en Enginyeria de l’àmbit industrial i dels interessos professionals dels seus col·legiats. També està dins dels seus objectius el de crear serveis d’alta utilitat pública i donar servei de forma competitiva, contribuint a l’èxit dels projectes dels col·legiats i al desenvolupament de la societat.
Així doncs, tant el Col·legi, com la patronal Cecot, consideren que el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, que permet posar en contacte cedents i reemprenedors, és un mecanisme adequat per fomentar el creixement econòmic i disposa d’instruments per implicar les institucions, per tal de coordinar-les i possibilitar la concentració de dades, informació i coneixement sobre el procés. L’acord és un pas més cap a la consecució d’estructurar un mercat per la compra-venda d’empreses a Catalunya.
De fet, les més reputades economies del nostre entorn, han apostat fermament per un treball de col·laboració interinstitucional per fomentar la Reempresa vista la seva capacitat de generació de riquesa, innovació i ocupació a costos sensiblement inferiors als de la creació, i a un risc molt inferior.
A partir d’aquest mes de juny, els emprenedors i empresaris col·legiats podran adreçar-se als diferents punts d’atenció del Centre de Reempresa on rebran assessorament tant els empresaris i empresàries que volen vendre la seva empresa com les persones reemprenedores disposades a donar-los-hi continuïtat. L’objectiu és, doncs, impulsar i estructurar la transmissió d’empreses com a via de creixement d’activitat econòmica, evitant així el tancament de negocis econòmicament viables i la destrucció d’ocupació.
Afavorir la continuïtat de les empreses
Tant important com la creació d’empreses és afavorir la continuïtat i el creixement de les ja existents. En aquest sentit, el programa Reempresa, promogut per la Cecot, és un nou model d’emprenedoria i creixement empresarial que consisteix en un mecanisme segons el qual un nou emprenedor pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una companyia ja existent.
Aquesta iniciativa pionera a l’estat espanyol, es va posar en marxa el juny de l’any 2011 de la mà de la patronal catalana Cecot, de la Fundació Cp’ac amb el suport del Departament d’Economia i Coneixement i està co-finançat pel fons FEDER.
L’acord d’avui significa sumar esforços, informació i recursos per augmentar el rendiment d’un model de creixement empresarial que podria evitar el tancament del màxim nombre possible d’empreses durant el temps d’execució del programa a la província i salvaguardar llocs de treball, tal i com s´ha demostrat en l´últim any de projecte. En aquest context, s’oferirà assessorament i s’impartirà formació per a tots dos col·lectius, cedents d’empresa i reemprenedors, sobre les característiques dels processos de compra-venda d’empreses i l’elaboració d’un Pla de Reempresa o de cessió.
Així mateix, el projecte Reempresa es complementa amb dues guies informatives –una enfocada als empresaris i l’altra per als emprenedors- i un portal web (www.reempresa.org) que recull tota la informació sobre el procés de traspàs, que permet sol·licitar assessorament i que esdevé un mercat transparent a Internet on trobar l’oferta i demanda d’empreses.
Aquesta és una aposta per promoure un mercat que, tot i els reptes actuals derivats de la situació de crisi, segueix sent susceptible de generar un creixement econòmic. Per aquest motiu, es considera necessari promocionar, fomentar i facilitar la reempresa com un mitjà de supervivència del teixit empresarial actual i futur de la ciutat.
262 reempreses d’èxit amb una inversió total induïda de 12.022.160 €
El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha aconseguit salvaguardar des de finals de l’any 2011 a juliol de 2014 un total de 262 casos de reempreses que han suposat una inversió total de 12.022.160 € i que es distribueix, per sectors de la manera següent: 41% d’inversió respon a reempreses d’èxit en el sector comerç; 18% a reempreses d’indústria; 27% pertany al sector serveis i un 14% de la inversió de les reempreses d’èxit pertany al sector de l´hostaleria.
La distribució per sectors és d’un 33% de les reempreses d’èxit pertanyen al sector comerç, un 32% al sector serveis, un 27% al sector de l´hostaleria i un 8 % de les reempreses tancades són del sector industrial.
És evident que tota economia dinàmica i innovadora provoca una mortaldat corrent i habitual d’empreses per gestió deficient, pèrdua de mercats, problemes personals, discrepàncies societàries, obsolescències diverses o per no tenir successió. Moltes empreses fracassen en la seva trajectòria, no per falta de viabilitat econòmica, sinó perquè no es pensa en la seva transmissió com una alternativa de continuïtat. I així ho demostra el 26% dels casos d’empreses cedents que s’han adreçat al Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, que ho han fet per jubilació del cedent. En el 13% dels casos són per motius personals del cedent i un altre 11% per canvi de domicili. En menor mesura altres motius per cedir l’empresa són la impossibilitat de portar el negoci (4.16%) o les desavinences amb els socis (1.25%).
