Més d’un centenar d’empresaris i emprenedors se citen a la Matinal de la Reempresa de Mataró

El TecnoCampus ha acollit aquest matí la setena edició de la Matinal de la Reempresa, un matí d’activitats i conferències destinat a empresaris que busquen vendre la seva empresa i a emprenedors que busquen agafar el relleu d’un negoci que ja està en funcionament. L’objectiu d’aquesta activitat és poder acostar a les persones interessades en reemprendre un negoci amb altres que busquen cedir-lo perquè es coneguin i aquests últims puguin explicar de primera mà el funcionament i gestió de la seva empresa.
L’acte, que ha reunit un centenar d’assistents entre persones empresàries i emprenedores, ha comptat amb la presència de l’alcalde i president del TecnoCampus, David Bote; el cap del Servei de Teixit Productiu de la Diputació de Barcelona, Roger Pumares; el president del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya i de la patronal Cecot, Antoni Abad; i el director del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, Albert Colomer. La matinal ha estat coordinada conjuntament per l’Ajuntament de Mataró, el Tecnocampus, l’Ajuntament del Masnou i el Centre Innova de l’Ajuntament de Pineda de Mar, en la seva qualitat de punts d’atenció de Reempresa.
La Matinal de la Reempresa s’ha estructurat en diverses activitats: dues conferències amb l’objectiu d’assessorar a possibles cedents i persones reemprenedores interessades en el programa; un elevator pitch on els empresaris han pogut presentar la seva empresa als emprenedors amb poc més d’un minut i mig; i un espai de matchings, on els participants han disposat de 30 minuts per poder-se entrevistar amb diferents cedents que busquen vendre el seu negoci. Durant l’espai de matchings, les persones cedents d’una empresa també han tingut l’oportunitat de reunir-se amb Gestors de Negoci de CaixaBank i han pogut resoldre dubtes relacionats en com poder finançar la compra d’una empresa.
Aquesta acció de treball en xarxa, promoguda des de la Diputació de Barcelona i coordinada pel Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, s’emmarca en el conveni de col·laboració que el 2016 van renovar la Diputació de Barcelona i la patronal Cecot per consolidar un mercat organitzat i transparent de compravenda de petites i mitjanes empreses mitjançant els 35 punts d’atenció de la demarcació de Barcelona.
TecnoCampus, punt Reempresa d’èxit
El Tecnocampus participa en el programa de Reempresa des de 2013. Durant aquest temps ha donat servei a 241 reemprenedors (persones que busquen adquirir un negoci en funcionament) i a 208 cedents (persones que venen els seus negocis), realitzant l’acompanyament de 58 casos d’èxit en la compra-venda de negocis i que han suposat la salvaguarda de 165 llocs de treball i una inversió induïda de 2,2 milions d’euros.
La Reempresa és el mercat de compravenda de petites i mitjanes empreses de Catalunya. Una iniciativa de la patronal Cecot i d’Autoocupació amb la col·laboració del Departament d’Empresa i Coneixement de la Generalitat de Catalunya i del Fons Europeu de Desenvolupament Regional (FEDER) de la Unió Europea. Des de la seva posada en marxa, Reempresa ha viscut un gran creixement, arribant a salvaguardar més de dues empreses al dia de mitjana a Catalunya.
