Reempresa ajuda 110 empreses a canviar de mà

El Centre de Reempresa de Girona ha ajudat a la transmissió de 110 empreses de la demarcació de Girona en els cinc anys que fa que està en funcionament. Amb aquesta xifra, segons Reempresa, s’ha generat una inversió induïda de 4.428.090 euros i “s’ha evitat l’acomiadament de més de tres-cents treballadors”. Cal destacar que un 49% d’aquestes reempreses han estat dutes a terme per usuaris que es trobaven en situació d’atur.
Aquest 2016, s’ha aconseguit evitar el tancament de 41 empreses a la demarcació, generant una inversió induïda d’1,9 milions d’euros i mantenint més de cent llocs de treball. Durant aquest període, Reempresa ha incorporat 110 noves empreses cedents i 193 nous potencials reemprenedors que estan estudiant l’adquisició d’una empresa com a via d’autoocupació o de creixement empresarial.
Un exemple de transmissió amb èxit a la demarcació de Girona és la d’en Víctor i la Victòria, de 27 i 25 anys, una parella de Figueres que, havent-se dedicat al sector de l’hostaleria, va decidir iniciar la seva pròpia aventura empresarial. A través de Reempresa va iniciar la transmissió de Mambo’s Fresh Mex, un restaurant mexicà situat a Empúriabrava que els antics propietaris cedien per manca de temps. “Ràpidament es va organitzar una primera trobada entre les dues parts on hi va haver molt bon enteniment des d’un començament, la qual cosa va agilitzar en gran mesura el procés de traspàs, procés que ha tingut una durada aproximada d’un mes”, explica Reempresa.
El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya és el mercat de compravenda de petita i mitjana empresa de Catalunya. És un nou model d’emprenedoria i de creixement empresarial, el qual un nou emprenedor agafa el relleu en la gestió d’una empresa que ja existeix, comprant-la en la seva totalitat per continuar l’activitat i, així, salvaguardar el patrimoni empresarial individual i col·lectiu, i també suposa una alternativa a crear una empresa des de zero.
