La iniciativa Reemprsa gana el Premio Europeo de Promoción Empresarial 2017

La iniciativa Reempresa, un mecanismo impulsado por Cecot en el que un emprendedor toma el testigo en la gestión de una empresa ya existente, ha recibido este jueves en Tallin (Estonia), en el marco de la asamblea de pymes, el Premio Europeo de Promoción Empresarial 2017, que anualmente otorga la Comisión Europea.
Se trata de un reconocimiento aquellas políticas innovadoras a nivel estatal, regional o local que promueven la fundación y crecimiento de compañías, enfocado a las pequeñas y medianas empresas, según ha informado Cecot este viernes en un comunicado.
El proyecto de la patronal catalana ha competido con otras tres iniciativas en esta categoría, pero se ha valorado «la originalidad y viabilidad» de Reempresa y su impacto en la economía.
El presidente de Cecot, Antoni Abad, ha destacado que este galardón «constata la aportación de Reempresa como política innovadora en favor de la pequeña y mediana empresa, y su contribución a salvaguardar el tejido empresarial» y a luchar contra el paro.
Desde el arranque de esta idea, en junio de 2011, se han conseguido 1.400 casos de éxito –el 35% pertenecen al sector comercio, un 30,2% a la hostelería y un 27,82% al de servicios– que han supuesto una inversión inducida de más de 65 millones de euros, manteniendo 4.500 puestos de trabajo.
