Reempresa aconsegueix «salvar» 21 empreses gironines durant el 2016

La idea prové d’un model francès, però malgrat és una pràctica importada es pot considerar que s’està implementant d’allò més bé, també a casa nostra. Aquest bon funcionament ha portat que un total de 21 empreses de la demarcació de Girona s’hagin pogut traspassar del seu antic propietari a un nou comprador a través del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya. En un balanç presentat per la mateixa entitat es presenta una radiografia de les comarques gironines, on s’han comptat 90 reempreses d’èxit des de l’inici del programa el 2012, amb una inversió induïda de 3.446.090 euros.
D’aquestes, 21 empreses van ser «salvades» durant aquest any 2016, un nombre superior el 2015, quan només se’n van traspassar 17. De la xifra d’enguany, el 80% de les empreses pertanyen a la ciutat de Girona, i la resta majoritàriament al Baix i Alt Empordà. Les 21 reempreses d’èxit de la província han generat una inversió induïda de 990.193,24 euros i s’han mantingut uns 27 llocs de treball. Analitzant els casos de reempresa per sectors, el Comerç i Serveis suposen el 31%, l’Hostaleria un 33% i la Indústria el 3%.
De cara als mesos d’octubre i novembre la seu gironina té previst continuar celebrant trobades i formacions per als emprenedors que vulguin adquirir una empresa. Tal com explica Alexandra Planella, delegada de Reempresa de Girona, els perfils d’aquests poden ser d’allò més diferents. «És un projecte pensat per aquella gent que no vol començar de zero. Però tenim de tot, des del senyor de 50 anys que s’ha quedat a l’atur, al jove acabat de sortir de la universitat amb esperit d’empresari» explica.
A més, un dels propòsits que es va fixar la campanya des del seu inici, ara ja fa quatre anys, va ser el de poder traspassar un total de 1.000 empreses fins al 2016. Malgrat que encara falten uns mesos per acabar l’any, el Centre ja ha comptat que han arribat a la xifra de 943 i ja s’ha informat que el projecte s’ha renovat per quatre anys més, ara fins a l’any 2020.
Un augment d’oficines
Actualment la província de Girona té un total d’11 oficines d’atenció del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya. Tres estan ubicades al Gironès, una a l’Alt Empordà, una a la Garrotxa, una a la Selva i cinc més al Baix Empordà. L’ampliació que es fa cada any és aproximadament de dos centres, els quals aquest 2016 s’han fet a la Bisbal de l’Empordà i a la ciutat de Girona. Tal com explica la delegada de Reempresa de Girona, Alexandra Planella, «Hi ha zones en les quals encara hem de treballar una mica més, com per exemple la del Pla de l’Estany o bé el Ripollès. És un procés progressiu, el 2012 tan sols en teníem un parell i ara ja disposem de gairebé una dotzena». ?L’objectiu d’aquesta ampliació «és que hi hagi una millor comunicació a cada comarca, per poder oferir serveis més personalitzats i buscar la proximitat dels clients» afegeix.
