Avui, i aproximant-nos a l’altra visió present en els processos de Reempresa, el reemprenedor, us donarem les diferents claus de cara a preparar un procés de Reempresa.
És important que recordeu que la transmissió d’empreses és un esdeveniment cabdal que s’ha de preparar amb molta cura. D’aquesta forma, sereu capaços d’identificar els projectes que s’apropen més a la vostra visió personal i on podríeu donar un major impuls en el futur. Una vegada fet aquest exercici us recomanem:
– Situeu temporalment el vostre projecte de Reempresa: Definir uns terminis orientatius en funció de les vostres circumstancies personals i professionals.
– Definiu prèviament la vostra capacitat econòmica: important definir quina és la inversió que voleu dedicar al vostre projecte d’emprenedoria.
– Anàlisis de debilitats/fortaleses i amenaces/oportunitats: analitzant l’entorn en aquests termes reduireu riscos i incrementareu les vostres opcions d’èxit.
