Reactivació econòmica: L’IDI posa en marxa Reempresa, un programa per posar en contacte empreses amb emprenedors que volen iniciar un negoci

L’objectiu del nou servei és evitar més tancaments d’empreses causats per la falta d’un relleu que pugui agafar el testimoni del negoci. Per una altra banda, Reempresa també suposa una oportunitat per a les persones que volen iniciar un projecte empresarial, ja sigui perquè estan a l’atur o volen autoocupar-se i convertir-se en el seu propi cap.
El programa Reempresa posa a l’abast de les persones emprenedores un mercat d’empreses petites i mitjanes que per algun motiu (jubilació, motius de salut, etc.) estan valorant tancar. Això permet adquirir una empresa i fer-la créixer sense necessitat de crear-la de zero. Yllanes ha destacat que “aquesta opció de reemprendre un negoci ja existent és fins a set vegades més fàcil ja que la persona emprenedora disposa d’un local, de proveïdors, de clientela, i de treballadors, ja que un altre dels objectius és mantenir sempre els llocs de feina”. Yllanes ha fet una crida a “persones empresàries que vulguin cedir els negocis i a emprenedors que cerquin reemprendre per poder començar aquest procés”.
Reempresa ofereix assessorament personalitzat, neutral i gratuït a les dues parts per a l’elaboració del pla de cessió i d’empresa, així com assessorament durant tot el procés de transmissió de l’empresa.
A la web de l’IDI, hi haurà un mercat virtual (Marketplace) en el qual es podrà consultar l’oferta de negocis que es volen cedir i les persones emprenedores que cerquen un negoci, perquè les dues parts es puguin trobar. Un cop hi ha un interès, es posa en marxa tot un el procés d’acompanyament perquè la cessió sigui viable, i aconseguir així que el cedent vengui el negoci i en recuperi la inversió, i que la persona emprenedora adquireixi un negoci que ja està en funcionament per fer-lo créixer.
A més, des de l’IDI s’estan preparant un conjunt de convenis amb altres entitats perquè Reempresa arribi a tot el territori de les Illes Balears. L’objectiu és que Reempresa compti amb una xarxa de delegacions que atenguin totes les peticions d’arreu de les Illes.
Reempresa és una realitat gràcies a l’acord signat entre l’IDI i Fundació Cecot Innovació de Catalunya per posar en marxa el programa a les Illes Balears, aprofitant el seu coneixement i experiència adquirida en els darrers anys, amb més de 3.000 reempreses d’èxit i més de 7.400 llocs de treball salvaguardats (dades fins desembre de 2020).
