El Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà posa a disposició del teixit empresarial el programa Reempresa de la Diputació de Girona

La Bisbal d’Empordà, 22 de març de 2016.El Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà ha presentat aquest migdia el programa Reempresa de la Diputació de Girona, que posa en contacte empresaris que volen vendre el seu negoci amb emprenedors disposats a comprar-lo. Reempresa és un projecte que s’està implementant a les comarques de Girona fruit d’un conveni de col·laboració entre la Diputació i la patronal Cecot i presentat el passat mes de novembre. La implementació del programa s’està duent a terme a través de les àrees de promoció econòmica dels Consells Comarcals de Girona.
La presentació d’avui ha comptat amb la participació de Joan Català, president del Consell Comarcal de Baix Empordà, Josep Antoni Frias, diputat delegat de Promoció Econòmica i de Diplab de la Diputació de Girona, Antoni Abad, president de la patronal Cecot i del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya i Albert Colomer, director del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya.
Reempresa a la província de Girona
Actualment, les comarques gironines ja tenen més de 350 empreses inscrites al servei. Els motius de cessió d’aquestes empreses són diversos. En termes relatius, el 33% de les empreses cerquen relleu per jubilació o jubilació anticipada del propietari/a, el 12% per canvi de professió, l’11% per motius personals, el 7% per problemes de salut i el 8% per canvi de domicili, entre d’altres. En quant a reemprenedors, ara mateix hi ha més de 500 persones a la demarcació interessades en el procés de reempresa.
Pel que fa al nombre de reempreses d’èxit, a la província de Girona ja són 75 el total d’empreses que no han hagut de tancar. Les 76 reempreses d’èxit de la província de Girona han generat una inversió induïda de prop de 3M d’euros.
A la comarca del Baix Empordà els casos d’èxit fins el moment han estat 7 amb una inversió induïda de prop de 170.000 euros.

Reempresa és el mercat de compravenda de petites i mitjanes empreses de Catalunya. És un nou model d’emprenedoria i creixement empresarial segons el qual un nou emprenedor pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una companyia ja existent.
El Centre de Reempresa oferirà assessorament i formació a tots dos col·lectius (cedents d’empresa i reemprenedors) sobre les característiques dels processos de compravenda d’empreses i l’elaboració d’un pla de reempresa o de cessió.
Així mateix, el servei es complementa amb dues guies informatives —l’una, enfocada als empresaris, i l’altra, als emprenedors— i un portal web (www.reempresa.org) que recull tota la informació sobre el procés de transmissió i que permet sol·licitar assessorament, de manera que esdevé un mercat transparent a Internet on trobar l’oferta i la demanda d’empreses.
Aquesta és una aposta per promoure un mercat que, tot i els reptes actuals derivats de la situació de crisi, segueix sent susceptible de generar un creixement econòmic. Per aquest motiu, es considera necessari promocionar, fomentar i facilitar la reempresa com un mitjà de supervivència del teixit empresarial actual i futur de la demarcació de Girona.
