La Generalitat i la patronal Cecot presenten a Girona el Mercat Sectorial de la Reempresa destinat al Comerç

La seu de la Generalitat de Catalunya a Girona ha acollit aquest matí la presentació del Mercat Sectorial del Comerç per a la compra-venda de petits negocis en aquest sector, amb la participació de la Confederació de Comerç de Catalunya i de la FOEG.

La seu de la Generalitat de Catalunya a Girona a Girona ha acollit aquest matí la presentació del Reempresa – Mercat Sectorial del Comerç, que posa en contacte empresaris del sector del comerç que volen vendre el seu negoci amb persones emprenedores disposades a comprar-lo.
La presentació d’avui ha comptat amb la participació de Josep M. Recasens, director general de Comerç de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Ferran Roquer, director dels Serveis Territorials d’Empresa i Ocupació a Girona, David Garrofé, secretari general de la patronal Cecot i del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, Ernest Plana, president de la FOEG, Manel Vila, vicepresident de la CCC a les comarques gironines i Albert Colomer, director del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya.
Aquest és el primer Mercat Sectorial que el Centre de la Reempresa de Catalunya ha posat en marxa, fruit del conveni que la patronal Cecot va signar l’any passat amb el Departament d’Empresa i Ocupació de la Generalitat de Catalunya per donar impuls a la implantació sectorial del propi Centre i per tal d’estructurar el mercat de la compravenda de petites i mitjanes empreses a Catalunya. Es pretén, així, unificar la política en matèria de transmissió d’empreses, d’acord amb les directrius de l’Entrepreneurship 2020.

A finals del 2014, la Confederació de Comerç de Catalunya i la Cecot van signar un acord de col·laboració que permet reforçar i impulsar la consolidació d’un mercat estructurat de compra-venta de negocis petits en l’àmbit del comerç.
Des de l’inici del projecte, la Reempresa ha assolit un total de 413 reempreses d’èxit que han suposat una inversió induïda de més de 20.500.000 € i el que és molt important, s’han mantingut prop de 1.500 llocs de treball. D’aquestes, el 35% pertanyen al sector comerç.
El pes del sector comerç pel que fa al total de les empreses cedents i dels reemprenedors, és del 35% i 22,3% respectivament. Del total de la inversió induïda, el 33% recau en el sector del comerç.El preu mig d’un comerç se situa entorn als 48.000€.
Del conjunt d’operacions intervingudes, el preu de cessió més baix ha estat de 1.600€, mentre que el més alt a arribat al milió d’euros.
Del total de reempreses d’èxit (més de 400) el 8’76% pertanyen a la província de Girona, així com l’11’95% de les empreses cedents, molt semblant al 10% de demografia empresarial de Girona respecte del conjunt de Catalunya. Les 36 reempreses d’èxit de la província de Girona han generat una inversió induïda de 1.025.284€.
Els motius de cessió d’aquestes empreses són diversos. En termes relatius, el 30% de les empreses cerquen relleu per jubilació del propietari/a, el 20% per canvi de professió, el 20% per motius personals, el 15% per canvi de domicili i el 11% per problemes de salut, entre d’altres.
El 32% de les empreses cedents són el sector hostaler, el 30% del sector serveis i el 28% del sector comerç. El 34% dels reemprenedors de la província de Girona cerca reemprendre un servei, un 27% una empresa d’hostaleria i un 20% un comerç.

Així mateix, CaixaBank ofereix noves solucions de productes i serveis als emprenedors. Entre d’altres avantatges, disposa d’una línia de crèdit de 175 milions per a finançar tant les operacions d’adquisició i traspàs com la posada en marxa de la nova etapa de les empreses.
Actualment, CaixaBank és l’entitat líder en el segment de professionals i autònoms, amb més d’1,4 milions de clients i una penetració dels 31,35%.
