Ja estan disponibles les noves subvencions del 2016 del Departament d’Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentació de la Generalitat de Catalunya

El Departament d’Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentació (DARP) ha convocat els ajuts destinats a l’aplicació del desenvolupament local participatiu Leader, en el marc de la operació 19.2 del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural (PDR) de Catalunya 2014-2020, corresponents a l’any 2016, i n’ha aprovat les bases reguladores.
Destinataris:
Els beneficiaris poden ser tant persones físiques com jurídiques (microempreses, pimes, cooperatives, associacions o fundacions, excepte les empreses de producció agroalimentària) que realitzin inversions per a la creació, ampliació i millora de la seva empresa.
Àmbit d’aplicació:
Territoris rurals que es determinen a les estratègies de desenvolupament local presentades pels GAL. Podeu consultar els territoris a l’enllaç http://www.arca-dr.cat/grups-gal/ i a l’annex 2 de la mateixa ordre.
Quantia de la subvenció:
Previ anàlisis per part del GAL corresponent, la quantia de la subvenció estarà compresa entre el 25% i el 40% de la inversió, amb un màxim de 100.000€, segons els punts atorgats en l’avaluació del projecte en base als criteris establerts.
Consideracions per a l’atorgament:
Les sol·licituds d’ajut presentades seran valorades amb relació al compliment dels criteris de selecció establerts a l’Ordre ARP/8/2016, de 21 de Gener.
Requisits generals:
Els requisits bàsics per poder optar a la subvenció són:
– Tenir prevista la realització d’inversions per a la creació, ampliació i/o millora de l’empresa.
– No haver començat a fer obres o pagaments de la inversió per la qual es demana la subvenció prèviament a la sol·licitud de la mateixa.
– Inversions amb base imposable superior a 12.000€, en cas d’entitats de naturalesa privada, i de 40.000€ en cas d’entitats de naturalesa pública.
– Compromís de manteniment i gestió directa de l’activitat els 5 anys posteriors comptats a partir de la data de l’últim pagament.
Termini de sol·licitud:
Es podran presentar sol·licituds fins el dia 21 de març de 2016.

Per tal d’obtenir una millor informació i una tramitació més eficaç, totes les persones interessades en aquesta línia d’ajuts us podeu posar en contacte amb l’oficina de gestió LEADER competent en el territori on s’hagin de portar a terme les inversions.
