Sabadell disposa d’un Centre Reempresa dins de l’Oficina d’Atenció a l’Empresa i l’Autònom de l’Ajuntament de Sabadell ubicada al Vapor Llonch des de finals de 2012. En col·laboració amb la Diputació de Barcelona i la patronal Cecot, des de Sabadell s’ofereix assessorament per a qui vol vendre la seva empresa com a les persones emprenedores disposades a donar-los-hi continuïtat. L’objectiu és, evitar el tancament d’empreses i donar noves oportunitats als reemprenedors que prefereixen continuar un projecte ja encetat que funciona evitant el tancament de negocis econòmicament viables i la destrucció d’ocupació a la ciutat. Es tracta de facilitar que nous emprenedors prenguin el testimoni en la gestió d’una companyia ja existent.
Amb l’objectiu de crear a Catalunya un mercat únic per la compra-venda d’empreses, la Diputació de Barcelona i la patronal Cecot van signar un acord de col·laboració per difondre i estendre al territori aquest projecte. En aquest sentit, la Diputació de Barcelona intervé desenvolupant un treball en xarxa amb els ajuntaments, entre els el de Sabadell per implantar aquest servei a la província de Barcelona.
En la implementació de Reempresa, Sabadell es situa en primer lloc de la província de Barcelona pel que fa a activitat desenvolupada des de l’inici del projecte. Com afirma el regidor de Treball i Empresa, Eduard Navarro “és una bona notícia per Sabadell poder evitar el tancament de 30 empreses per manca de relleu i continuarem treballant en aquesta línia”. Des del començament de Reempresa fins a finals de 2015 el Vapor Llonch ha respost a 197 persones interessades pel programa i s’han gestionat 98 projectes de cessió. Com a resultat s’han aconseguit 30 casos d’èxit, dels quals la majoria han estat cessions de negocis, però també emprenedors de Sabadell han comprat empreses d’altres territoris. En alguns casos les persones tot i adquirir un negoci de fora de la ciutat l’ha traslladat al municipi i ja preveu la seva ampliació.
El paper l’administració local en el servei reempresa consisteix en donar a conèixer aquesta iniciativa i oferir suport a qui s’interessa. En el cas concret, de Sabadell el personal de l’Oficina d’Atenció a l’Empresa i l’Autònom s’encarrega d’oferir assessorament per als cedents d’empresa i pels reemprenedors sobre les característiques dels processos de compra-venda d’empreses i per a l’elaboració d’un Pla de Reempresa o de cessió. Per a més informació, les persones interessades poden consultar el portal www.reempresa.org, www.sabadellempresa.cat o adreçar-se a l’Oficina d’Atenció a l’Empresa i l’Autònom (Crta. de Barcelona, 208 bis, Sabadell) oberta tot l’estiu de 9 a 14 h.
