Terrassa, la segona ciutat de Catalunya amb més reempreses d’èxit durant el 2016

Terrassa, 1 de febrer de 2017. El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha fet balanç de la gestió realitzada durant l’any 2016 a Terrassa. En aquest període s’ha aconseguit donar continuïtat a 22 negocis evitant així el tancament d’empreses ja en funcionament que per diversos motius no podien continuar amb la seva activitat. L’acumulat des del 2011 a Terrassa és de 80 casos d’èxit. De les 22 reempreses d’èxit d’aquest 2016, un 40,90% de les empreses són del sector del comerç, el 36,35% correspon al sector serveis mentre que l’hostaleria representa el 22,75%.
Aquests casos d’èxit han permès salvaguardar 22 llocs de treball i crear-ne 38 de nous, 21 dels quals representen els reemprenedors que s’han autoocupat i s’han fet càrrec de les empreses. Tant cedents com reemprenedors han comptat en tot moment amb l’acompanyament i assessorament dels consultors de Reempresa en l’avaluació i valoració d’empreses, en la recerca de finançament, en l’elaboració de plans reempresa, en la tramitació d’ajudes i incentius i en l’elaboració de documentació oficial per a la compravenda, entre d’altres. Totes aquestes transaccions han generat una inversió induïda de 503.066€, que han afavorit el teixit empresarial del municipi.

El Jaume Planas i l’Ana Maria Esquius van decidir cedir la seva empresa per jubilació, dedicada a la distribució i a oferir serveis d’innovació tecnològica a les empreses, a algun reemprenedor que hi volgués donar continuïtat. Informàtica Industrial IN2, amb seu a Terrassa, té més de 30 anys d’història i durant aquests anys s’ha fet un lloc en el sector.
L’Albert Solaz i el Sebastià Pascual van decidir reemprendre-la amb l’objectiu de mantenir els clients que ja tenia i fer-la créixer. Per l’Albert i el Sebastià, “Reempresa ens ha ofert assessorament professional i proper i ens ha donat suport i informació molt important a tenir en compte abans de comprar el negoci”.
