Reempresa salva quatre empreses catalanes per setmana durant el primer trimestre de 2015

El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha fet balanç de la gestió realitzada des de que es va posar en marxa, l’any 2011 i fins el primer trimestre d’aquest any en col·laboració amb més d’una vuitantena de d’entitats locals, provincials i autonòmiques i “el resultat és més que positiu”, afirma Antoni Abad, president del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya i de la patronal Cecot, “l’equip que composa Reempresa està aconseguint salvaguardar una mitjana de 4,16 empreses catalanes per setmana durant aquest primer trimestre i, tal i com demostren les dades de gestió, exemplifica un model de cooperació públic-privada efectiu i viable”. “Els anys 2013 i 2014 han estat anys especialment intensos en quant a l’expansió territorial de la Reempresa i de consolidació de processos i metodologies que ens fan arribar a la conclusió de que hem estat capaços de crear un mercat estructurat de la compra-venda de negocis petits a Catalunya”, reitera Abad.

Entre les dades de balanç destaca el fet que el 89% del total de les reempreses d’èxit s’han fet a tercers. Aquest fet anima a pensar que sense un mercat estructurat com el de Reempresa, que actua com a punt de trobada entre cedents i reemprenedors per al casament d’oferta i demanda, el volum de transaccions hagués estat inferior. Tanmateix, un 7,25% de les reempreses d’èxit han estat adquirides pels treballadors, un 3,44% han estat comprades per un familiar i només el 0,38% dels casos han estat adquirides per socis.

A Catalunya la Reempresa treballa colze a colze amb la Diputació de Barcelona, l’Ajuntament de Barcelona, la Diputació de Girona, la Diputació de Tarragona i més de seixanta ajuntaments i entitats locals d’aquestes províncies. A nivell empresarial, Reempresa té convenis d’adhesió amb les associacions empresarials de referència en els diferents territoris on s’obren punts de servei i que tenen com a objectiu mantenir el teixit empresarial del seu àmbit d’actuació.

“L’objectiu del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya és acompanyar, assessorar i aconseguir salvaguardar mil empreses catalanes abans de l’any 2016” ha confirmat Albert Colomer, director del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya “i de fet insistirem i farem campanya sota el lema #salvem1000empreses pels canals habituals de difusió que tenim al Centre de Reempresa i amb l’ajuda de totes les entitats que presten el servei i li donen suport”.

Eixos de treball i fites 2014 i 2015

A finals del 2014, la Confederació de Comerç de Catalunya i la Cecot van signar un acord de col·laboració que permet reforçar i impulsar la consolidació d’un mercat estructurat de compra-venta de negocis petits en l’àmbit del comerç.

Aquest any 2015, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya va presentar a Tarragona el primer Mercat Sectorial que ha posat en marxa, fruit del conveni signat amb el Departament d’Empresa i Ocupació de la Generalitat de Catalunya per donar impuls a la implantació sectorial del propi Centre i per tal d’estructurar el mercat de la compra-venta de petites i mitjanes empreses a Catalunya. Es pretén, així, unificar la política en matèria de transmissió d’empreses, d’acord amb les directrius de l’Entrepreneurship 2020.

L’any 2014 també va suposar un any de treball i posicionament a nivell europeu, per part del Centre de Reempresa. En aquest sentit, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya forma part del Board of Directors de l’associació europea Transeo, sent-ne l’únic membre espanyol des del 2012. També participa en el Grup d’Experts en matèria de Business Transfer, convocats per la Comissió Europea. El mes de juny, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya es va presentar com a exemple de bona pràctica a la reunió de la SME Envoy Network celebrada a Madrid.

Enguany, la Unió Europea ha escollit Reempresa per definir els estàndards de qualitat per a la creació de plataformes de transmissió d’empreses més eficients, i establir la llavor del futur mercat europeu a través de la connexió de les plataformes que operen actualment al continent. Aquesta tasca es desenvoluparà durant el 2015 sota el nom de EU4BT “Engaging users for business transfer”.

Fins ara l’evolució del projecte ha crescut exponencialment, l’any 2011 es van realitzar 13 reempreses d’èxit amb una inversió induïda d’1.154.500 €; l’any 2012 es van aconseguir 57 reempreses d’èxit amb una inversió induïda de 2.891.640 €, l’any 2013 es van aconseguir 101 reempreses d’èxit amb una inversió induïda de 3.814.895 €, l’any 2014 es van aconseguir 196 reempreses d’èxit i una inversió induïda de 11.058.395€, i el que portem de 2015 s’han aconseguit 46 reempreses d’èxit. Des de l’inici del projecte, la Reempresa ha assolit un total de 413 reempreses d’èxit que han suposat una inversió induïda de més de 20.500.000 € i el que és molt important, s’han mantingut prop de 1.500 llocs de treball.

Per províncies, Barcelona continua concentrant el major número de reempreses d’èxit, el 77% del total, seguida de Girona amb un 10%, Tarragona amb un 6’5% i Lleida amb un 6,5%. La inversió induïda d’aquests casos d’èxit es concentra en un 84’5% a la província de Barcelona, en un 7,5% a Girona, en un 4% a Lleida i es manté en un 4% a Tarragona.

Si analitzem els casos de reempresa d’èxit per sectors, el Comerç suposa el 35%, els Serveis concentra el 31%, l’Hostaleria un 28% i la Indústria el 6%. Pel que fa a la inversió induïda per sectors, el Comerç continua sent el sector que genera més inversió en un 33% del total de la inversió induïda, seguit dels Serveis amb un 32% de la inversió, la Indústria suposa el 17% de la inversió induïda i l’Hostaleria el 18%.

El preu mig d’una reempresa d’èxit varia en funció del sector: el preu mig per sector més elevat és el del sector Indústria, amb una mitjana de 144.137€ de preu de cessió que té lògica si tenim en compte que solen ser empreses amb més equipament i maquinària, que requereixen de més actiu per a operar. El Comerç té un preu de cessió mig de 48.514€, seguit de prop pel sector Serveis, amb un preu mig de 53.627€. Finalment, el sector de l’Hostaleria compta amb un preu mig de cessió de 32.231€.

Des del 2011 l’equip de tècnics de Reempresa han assessorat 2.160empreses cedents, d’aquests, un 58% d’ells són homes i el 42%dones. Per edats, el 44,41% dels cedents tenen entre 31 i 50 anys, un 27,49% tenen més de 61 anys, el 22,96% tenen entre 51 i 60 anys i només el 5,14% tenen menys de 30 anys. El sector Serveis i Comerç acumulen un 32,52% i un 35,57% de l’oferta de cessió respectivament, seguit pel sector Hostaler, amb un 20,04%, i l’Industrial amb un 8,22%.I la motivació més habitual per posar a la venda l’empresa és la jubilació, amb un 29,11% dels casos, seguit per motius personals, amb un 12,73%; el canvi de professió en el 12,18% de casos; el canvi de domicili en el 9,38% dels casos o el 6,94% que ho fan per motius de salut.

En el cas dels reemprenedors, el perfil canvia respecte al dels cedents. En acumulat, els tècnics de Reempresa han atès fins a 3.000 reemprenedors des de l’inici del projecte.

A diferència dels cedents, les persones reemprenedores són homes en un 68% dels casos i en el 32% de casos restants són dones. Per edats, el 62,73% tenen entre 31 i 50 anys i un 21,86% tenen entre 51 i 60 anys. Aquesta dada apunta a que les persones amb edats properes als 50 anys que no troben una ocupació per part de tercers opten per la via de l’autoocupació com alternativa al mercat de treball actual. El 31,88% dels reemprenedors s’interessen per poder reemprendre en el sector Serveis, un 25,35% s’interessen pel sector Comerç, un 19,21% ho fan pel sector Hostaleria i un 16,86% dels reemprenedors estarien interessats en el sector Industrial.
