Reempresa rep el Premi Europeu de Promoció Empresarial

El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, una iniciativa de la patronal Cecot i d’Autoocupació, ha estat guardonat amb el Premi Europeu de Promoció Empresarial (EEPA) que atorga anualment la Comissió Europea. L’acte d’entrega de premis va tenir lloc aquest dijous a Tallin, Estònia, durant l’Assemblea de pimes.
El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha estat la iniciativa guanyadora de la categoria que premia i reconeix aquelles polítiques innovadores a nivell nacional, regional o local que promouen la fundació i creixement de les empreses i la implementació del principi “pensar primer a petita escala” a favor de les petites i mitjanes empreses del país. Enguany, a més de Reempresa, hi havia tres altres projectes que optaven al títol europeu en aquesta categoria. La Comissió Europea convida als països membre a dur a terme concursos nacionals per seleccionar els millors projectes en els seus respectius territoris. Així doncs, el jurat ha avaluat la originalitat i viabilitat de Reempresa i el seu impacte en l’economia.
Per Antoni Abad, president de la Cecot i del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, amb aquest reconeixement “es constata l’aportació de Reempresa com a política innovadora en favor de la petita i mitjana empresa i la seva contribució a la salvaguarda del teixit empresarial del país i a la lluita contra l’atur”. Abad també ha volgut agrair el premi a la Comissió Europea i als membres del jurat i ha convidat a tots els països de la UE que encara no tenen Reempresa a “treballar plegats per aconseguir consolidar aquesta pràctica d’emprenedoria que s’ha demostrat que funciona”.
Per altra banda, Albert Colomer, director del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, ha volgut agrair a les més de 100 entitats i institucions col·laboradores, els més de 150 consultors del programa i als cedents i reemprenedors per fer possible l’èxit de la Reempresa. Per Colomer, “Reempresa ha sabut donar resposta activa al problema del relleu generacional al nostre país gràcies al compromís de tothom que, d’una manera o altra, ha cregut i s’han compromès amb el programa”.
