Reempresa propone replicar el modelo de transmisiones de empresas a nivel europeo

Así lo ha expresado el secretario general del Centro Reempresa de Catalunya, David Garrofé, en su participación en la Conferencia Europea de Transmisión de Empresas, que tuvo lugar el día 17 en La Valeta (Malta), según ha informado este jueves en un comunicado.
Garrofé ha lamentado «la fragmentación» en este ámbito a nivel europeo y ha planteado que la Comisión Europea promueva una certificación para las plataformas de transmisión, así como poner en marcha una campaña de sensibilización dirigida a las pymes del continente para estimular a los empresarios a considerar el crecimiento externo de sus negocios mediante la adquisición de compañías nacionales e internacionales.
En este sentido, ha recordado los buenos resultados del proyecto EU4BT liderado por Reempresa, y ha reclamado «crear las condiciones necesarias para que se puedan determinar transmisiones transfronterizas» y que se puedan evaluar los obstáculos y las oportunidades con la meta de poner en marcha un mercado único.
La Conferencia Europa de Transmisión de Empresas contó con 150 delegado de los 28 estados miembro responsables del apoyo a las pymes y a la emprendeduría, además del primer ministro maltés, Joseph Muscat, y la comisaria de emprendeduría y pequeñas y medianas empresas de la UE, Elzbieta Bienkowska.
