Reempresa formarà persones per sortir de l’atur mitjançant l’autoocupació

El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya a Terrassa acull el proper 21 de setembre, el tercer taller de formació de la Reempresa d’aquest any. Una formació de 16 hores de durada i amb un itinerari innovador on s’ajuda als emprenedors a identificar el seu projecte de Reempresa i afavorir la seva autoocupació a través de l’adquisició d’una empresa ja existent, per donar-li continuïtat.
El procés de Reempresa és d’una enorme complexitat. Segons els seus impulsors el motiu és «no només per la manca d’un procés estructurat, sinó per la falta de coneixement i de tradició al nostre país a l’hora d’afrontar processos de transmissió d’empreses». Aquesta manca de preparació «obstrueix» la transmissió exitosa d’empreses, contribuint enormement a la «mortalitat empresarial i dificultant la continuïtat dels negocis adquirits per falta de planificació».
Davant d’aquesta situació, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya realitza durant tot l’any tallers formatius que pretenen apropar als futurs reemprenedors les característiques dels processos de compra-venda d’empreses, així com l’estudi de l’elaboració d’un Pla de Reempresa per tal de poder valorar la viabilitat d’un projecte empresarial.
Aquesta formació està dirigida a totes aquelles persones que s’estiguin plantejant la possibilitat de posar en marxa la seva pròpia empresa i vulguin reemprendre una empresa en funcionament i no té cap cost econòmic per als assistents, ja que està subvencionada.
