Experiencia más de 25 años como Director Financiero y Director General en varias empresas.
2. Quina és l’activitat de la vostra actual empresa?
Asesoria- consultoría.
3. Quines van ser les seves motivacions per reemprendre?
Complementar la actividad que hasta ahora desarrollaba con la compra de la asesoria.
Posibilidad de tener una asesoria ya asentada con 120 clientes a los cuales se les pueda dar un servicio más completo que el actual.
Por otra parte a los clientes que tenía hasta ahora, se les puede ofrecer todo el asesoramiento completo sin tener que externalizar.
4. Quant temps va durar la cerca?
Vi el anuncio de reempresa y me interese por él. A la semana tuve la primera entrevista.
5. Quant temps van durar les negociacions? Van ser dures o fàcils?
Las negociaciones duraron 1 mes aproximadamente y considero que fueron negociaciones fáciles. En seguida hubo entendimiento.
6. De quina manera ha finançat la Reempresa?
Todo con recursos propios.
7. Va demanar-li al cedent de la seva empresa un temps per treballar conjuntament i transmetre així el know-how empresarial?.
Si por supuesto. Lo considero imprescindible.
8. Ha utilitzat l’ajuda d’algun expert (comptable, advocat o gestor) durant aquest procés?
No
9. Què us ha aportat Reempresa?
Garantía de seriedad en el proceso.
10. Ha seguit la formació proposada per Reempresa? Ha estat útil per a encarar el procés de compravenda?.
No la formación de reempresa, aunque si he hecho y estoy haciendo formación con el Ayuntamiento de Molins y en Barcelona activa. También estoy colaborando en el programa de mentoring de la Fundació Privada per a la Promoció de l’Autoocupació de Catalunya – cp’Ac
11. Després de la seva experiència, valora positivament la reempresa d’empreses com a alternativa a la creació?.
Si, muy positiva. Se debería hacer más publicidad y que estuviese más extendida.
12. Té algun comentari personal a fer d’aquesta experiència?.
Estoy muy contento con el proceso realizado y la compra hecha, y creo que la parte vendedora también lo está. Va a ser un proyecto de éxito donde las 2 partes colaboraremos.
13. Quin consell donaria a un reemprenedor que estigués en la fase inicial del procés de reempresa?
Que analice todo y valore todas las opciones antes de decidirse, y que hacerlo con reempresa da seriedad al proceso.
