Ja estan disponibles les noves subvencions de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona a persones empresàries individuals i microempreses per l’afavoriment de la continuïtat empresarial.
Has comprat o tens previst comprar una empresa a la ciutat de Barcelona?
Sol·licita-la i aconsegueix fins a 6.000€!
Destinataris:
- Persones empresàries individuals o microempreses (menys de 10 treballadors) domiciliades a la ciutat de Barcelona que adquireixin una activitat econòmica existent i en actiu a la ciutat de Barcelona en els sectors del comerç, serveis, restauració i indústria.
- El contracte de compravenda haurà d’haver estat celebrat entre el 1 de gener de 2015 i el 30 de novembre de 2016.
- El contracte no pot ser inferior a 3.000 € ni superior a 100.000 €.
Despeses subvencionables:
Les despeses generades per la compra d’una activitat econòmica existent.
Quantia de la subvenció:
Es subvencionarà fins el 50% de la despesa documentada de compra-venda del negoci, amb un màxim de 6.000€.
Termini de sol·licitud:
Es podran presentar sol·licituds des del 12 de setembre de 2016 fins el 30 de Novembre de 2016.
Documentació:
- Instància de sol·licitud de subvenció que inclou:
- Full de sol·licitud de transferència bancària i/o certificat bancari
- Dades fiscals/censals de la persona o empresa sol·licitant (còpia de models 036 o 037).
- Si s’escau, Còpia TC2 (Seguretat Social) amb relació de treballadors/es en el mes de la compravenda per comprovació de que es tracta d’una microempresa.
- Contracte de compravenda i acreditació del pagament.
- Acreditació de poders (escriptura) i còpia del document d’identitat del/la representant legal en el cas de persones jurídiques.

- Per Internet, des del Portal de Tràmits de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona amb Certificat Digital: www.bcn.cat/tramits (a partir del 19 de setembre de 2016)
- Presencialment, a l’Oficina d’Atenció a les Empreses (OAE), Edifici MediaTIC, c/ Roc Boronat 117 de Barcelona. Demanar hora al 010 o a: https://w30.bcn.cat/APPS/portaltramits/portal/channel/default.html?&stpid=20100001515&style=ciudadano&language=ca
