El Consell Comarcal del Gironès ha presentat avui, el projecte “Reempresa” a la comarca del Gironès que ha d’esdevenir una eina important per conservar l’actiu empresarial de la comarca, evitant el tancament de negocis, per mitjà d’alternatives de continuïtat. L’acte de presentació, durant el qual també s’ha signat el conveni corresponent, ha anat a càrrec del president del Consell Comarcal del Gironès, Jaume Busquets, el diputat delegat de Promoció Econòmica de la Diputació de Girona, Ramon Soler, la consellera comarcal responsable de l’Àrea de Promoció Econòmica, Fanny Carabellido, el president de la patronal Cecot i del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, Antoni Abad, el president de la FOEG, Ernest Plana, i el director del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, Albert Colomer.
Abad ha definit Reempresa com “un mercat de compravenda d’empresa i negocis petits amb un únic mercat català, transparent i professional“. I Ha insistit en el fet que “col·lectivament no ens podem permetre que tanqui cap empresa”. El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha fet un balanç del primer semestre de 2014 molt positiu, ja que, segons ha afirmat el president de la Cecot, Antoni Abad, “Durant el primer semestre de 2014, ha aconseguit salvaguardar una mitjana de 4 empreses per setmana, ha ajudat a 91 empreses i a un total de 262 des que va néixer l’any 2011“. El president de la Cecot també ha subratllat que és indispensable la col·laboració público-privada: “No sobra ningú, calen els esforços de tots”.
Finançament
Pel que fa al finançament, Abad ha anunciat, en primícia, la implicació de ‘La Caixa’ en el projecte: “Caixabanc és l’entitat de referència per Reempresa. Actualment, ja s’estan formant 3.000 persones de ‘La Caixa’ perquè esdevinguin antenes de Reempresa. Més endavant, Reempresa passarà a ser producte de ‘La Caixa’ a nivell de tot l’Estat“.
Ramon Soler, diputat de Promoció Econòmica de la Diputació de Girona,ha especificat que “la tasca de la Diputació de Girona és aportar a aquest projecte el finançament necessari per dotar a tots els municipis de capacitat econòmica per a desenvolupar-lo“.
La cloenda de l’acte ha anat a càrrec del president del Consell Comarcal del Gironès, Jaume Busquets, queha subratllat la importància que té, per aquest projecte, la confiança amb les administracions i, en aquest cas, amb el Consell Comarcal, pel coneixement que es té, des de l’ens local, del territori. En aquest sentit, ha explicat que “aquest 2014, en el marc del programa ‘Emprendre al Gironès’, el Consell Comarcal, conjuntament amb els ajuntaments de Celrà, Salt i Vilablareix, han atès, a tota la comarca, 130 emprenedors, així mateix, s’han creat 12 empreses i s’han portat a terme 17 cursos de formació“. També ha agraït el suport econòmic de la Diputació de Girona en el desenvolupament de ‘Reempresa’ al Gironès.
Objectius del Projecte
El programa Reempresa és una iniciativa de la patronal Cecot que té per objectiu promoure l’assignació i transferència d’empreses a Catalunya de forma eficient, per tal de gestionar el teixit empresarial actual i futur. Es tracta doncs, d’un mecanisme pel qual un nou emprenedor pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una empresa ja existent, comprant-la en la seva totalitat per continuar l’activitat, salvaguardant d’aquesta manera el patrimoni empresarial individual i col·lectiu.
“Reempresa” ofereix assessorament i imparteix formació a tots dos col·lectius (cedents d’empresa i reemprenedors) sobre les característiques dels processos de compravenda d’empreses i l’elaboració d’un pla de reempresa o de cessió.
Així mateix, el projecte es complementa amb dues guies informatives —l’una, enfocada als empresaris, i l’altra, als emprenedors— i un portal web (www.reempresa.org/girones) que recull tota la informació sobre el procés de traspàs i que permet sol·licitar assessorament, de manera que esdevé un mercat transparent a internet on trobar l’oferta i la demanda d’empreses.
Aquesta és una aposta per promoure un mercat que, tot i els reptes actuals derivats de la situació de crisi, segueix sent susceptible de generar un creixement econòmic. Per aquest motiu, es considera necessari promocionar, fomentar i facilitar la reempresa com un mitjà de supervivència del teixit empresarial actual i futur de la demarcació de Girona.

Des de la posada en marxa del servei de Reempresa el 2011 s’han realitzat 262 Reempreses d’èxit, les quals han generat més de 12 milions d’euros d’inversió induïda i presenten les següents característiques ((*): dades de juliol de 2014):
