La principal causa que va motivar la cessió del negoci va ser la jubilació del propietari, que es va donar en el 31,5% dels casos abordats.El següent motiu va ser el de canvi de professió: un 12,6% dels casos. Els preus oscil∙len entre els 33.400 euros pagats per un negoci d’hostaleria de mitjana fins als 167.000 en l’àrea de construcció. Les dones a poc a poc van guanyant presència en aquest tipus d’intercanvis i l’any passat ja van representar el 40% del total. El creixement respecte a l’any passat va ser d’un 17,7% dels casos d’èxit respecte al 2018. El 75% de les operacions de venda van ser a la província de Barcelona, el 9,59% a Tarragona, el 9,54%aGirona i el 6,19% a Lleida, segons va informar la patronal en un comunicat. Més del 90% dels negocis que han continuat s’han concentrat en tres àrees: un 35% corresponen al sector del comerç, un 31,5% a l’hoteler i un 27% al dels serveis.
