Reempresa ja compta amb més de 165 empreses inscrites i més de 200 persones reemprenedores interessades a la demarcació de Tarragona.
El Consell Comarcal de la Ribera d’Ebre ha presentat aquest matí el programa Reempresa de la Diputació de Tarragona, que posa en contacte empresaris que volen vendre el seu negoci amb emprenedors disposats a comprar-lo. Reempresa és un projecte que s’està implementant a les comarques de Tarragona fruit d’un conveni de col·laboració entre la Diputació i la patronal Cecot i presentat el passat mes de novembre. La implementació del programa s’està duent a terme a través de les àrees de promoció econòmica dels Consells Comarcals de les Terres de l’Ebre i el Camp de Tarragona.
La presentació d’avui ha comptat amb la participació de Jordi Jardí, president del Consell Comarcal de la Ribera d’Ebre; Antoni Abad, president de la patronal Cecot i del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya; Mercè Smith, cap de secció de la Unitat d’Ocupació i Promoció Econòmica de la Diputació de Tarragona, i Albert Colomer, director del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya.
Reempresa a les comarques de Tarragona
Actualment, les comarques tarragonines ja tenen més de 165 empreses inscrites al programa. Els motius de cessió d’aquestes empreses són diversos. En termes relatius, el 30% de les empreses cerquen relleu per jubilació del propietari/a, el 20% per canvi de professió, el 20% per motius personals, el 15% per canvi de domicili i el 11% per problemes de salut, entre d’altres. En quant a reemprenedors, ara mateix hi ha més de 210 persones a la demarcació interessades en el procés de reempresa.
El preu mig efectiu pagat per la reempresa d’empreses a través del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya és de 66.000€, tot i que varia substancialment depenent del sector i activitat.
Actualment a la demarcació tarragonina ja s’han produït 26 transmissions, el que ha permès la generació de més de 523.000€ d’inversió induïda.
Afavorir la continuïtat de les empreses
Reempresa és el mercat de compravenda de petites i mitjanes empreses de Catalunya. És un nou model d’emprenedoria i creixement empresarial segons el qual un nou emprenedor pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una companyia ja existent.
El Centre de Reempresa oferirà assessorament i formació a tots dos col·lectius (cedents d’empresa i reemprenedors) sobre les característiques dels processos de compravenda d’empreses i l’elaboració d’un pla de reempresa o de cessió.
Així mateix, el servei es complementa amb dues guies informatives —l’una, enfocada als empresaris, i l’altra, als emprenedors— i un portal web (www.reempresa.org) que recull tota la informació sobre el procés de transmissió i que permet sol·licitar assessorament, de manera que esdevé un mercat transparent a Internet on trobar l’oferta i la demanda d’empreses.
Aquesta és una aposta per promoure un mercat que, tot i els reptes actuals derivats de la situació de crisi, segueix sent susceptible de generar un creixement econòmic. Per aquest motiu, es considera necessari promocionar, fomentar i facilitar la reempresa com un mitjà de supervivència del teixit empresarial actual i futur de la demarcació de Tarragona.
