CaixaBank i la Cecot signen un acord de col·laboració interinstitucional per fomentar la “Reempresa” a tot Espanya

un negoci ja existent.
- L’entitat financera impulsa una línia de crèdit de 175 milions i un pla d’assessorament personalitzat amb l’objectiu d’ajudar en un any a 3.500 persones i contribuir a mantenir 7.000 llocs de treball.
- La iniciativa s’emmarca dins l’estratègia CaixaNegocis, amb la qual CaixaBank ha captat 208.033 clients durant el 2014 en el segment de microempreses, comerços i autònoms.
- S’estima que, en els propers deu anys, prop de 650.000 empreses canviaran de mans a Espanya, cosa que pot afectar a 1,4 milions de llocs de treball en processos de cessió.
Barcelona, 20 de octubre de 2014. El president de l’associació empresarial multisectorial Cecot, Antoni Abad i el director general de CaixaBank, Juan Antonio Alcaraz, han signat un acord per impulsar i difondre conjuntament el primer programa d’àmbit estatal per donar recolzament als “reemprenedors” que apostin per donar continuïtat a qualsevol petit negoci ja existent, a tot Espanya.
“Re-emprendre” consisteix a adquirir un negoci en funcionament, de manera que el nou propietari pugui continuar amb l’activitat utilitzant tots els recursos de l’empresa: empleats, instal·lacions, clients, proveïdors, marca, etc. Aquesta fórmula, especialment vàlida per a microempreses, comerços i autònoms, suposa un tipus d’ emprenedoria que afavoreix tant la transmissió de models empresarials d’èxit com el manteniment dels llocs de treball.
És la primera vegada que una entitat financera impulsa a Espanya un programa d’ajuda específic per a aquest model d’emprenedoria. En el seu desenvolupament, CaixaBank rebrà el suport de la patronal multisectorial Cecot.
Amb el nou programa, CaixaBank, presidit per Isidre Fainé i que té a Gonzalo Gortázar com a conseller delegat, preveu atendre durant el primer any a 3.500 persones que vulguin reprendre un negoci o necessitin cedir el seu. Aquesta xifra suposaria facilitar el manteniment i consolidació del lloc de treball de 7.000 persones, comptant tant als “re-emprenedors” com als empleats d’aquestes empreses en procés de cessió.
Cecot estima que, en els propers deu anys, prop de 650.000 empreses canviaran de mans a Espanya, cosa que pot afectar a 1,4 milions de llocs de treball en processos de cessió.
Finançament i assessorament a mida per a la “re-emprenedoria”
El programa de suport als “re-emprenedors” de CaixaBank inclou una línia de crèdit de 175 milions, que permetrà finançar tant les operacions d’adquisició i traspàs com la posada en marxa de la nova etapa de les empreses.
A més de la línia de crèdit, CaixaBank oferirà un pla d’assessorament especialitzat. Gràcies al suport i coneixements de l’equip del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, CaixaBank ajudarà a posar en contacte a possibles compradors dels negocis amb els interessats a cedir-los. Després, durant tot el procés d’adquisició de la societat i de rellançament de l’activitat, els “re-emprenedors” rebran l’acompanyament d’un gestor de l’entitat.
El gestor de CaixaBank disposarà d’eines tecnològiques avançades per a desplaçar-se al lloc de treball del client i realitzar des d’allà la tasca d’assessoria i de contractació de productes.
CaixaNegocis: proximitat i innovació per a les petites empreses
La iniciativa de suport als “re-emprenedors” s’emmarca dins l’estratègia CaixaNegocis, llançada el març de 2014 per estar més a prop de les microempreses, els comerços i els autònoms i consolidar a CaixaBank com a entitat de referència en aquest segment.
CaixaNegocis ofereix als emprenedors proximitat i innovació, amb un equip de gestors especialitzats en el segment emprenedor i nou solucions de productes i serveis.
Actualment, CaixaBank té més d’1,3 milions de clients en aquest segment, amb una penetració dels 30,98%. Durant el primer semestre de 2014, CaixaNegocis ja ha captat 208.033 nous negocis.
L’ experiència de Cecot i del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya
En el programa de “Reempresa”, CaixaBank rep el suport de Cecot, impulsor del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya en col·laboració amb la Fundació CP’AC, una iniciativa que, des de finals de l’any 2011, assessora a les persones que volen continuar l’activitat d’una empresa ja existent, així com a persones que decideixen cedir el seu negoci davant diverses situacions com, per exemple, la jubilació, el canvi de domicili o problemes de salut, entre d’altres.
Des de la seva posada en marxa, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya ha aconseguit arribar a una mitjana de quatre re-empreses d’èxit per setmana, cosa que ha comportat donar continuïtat a 262 empreses, el manteniment d’alguna cosa més de mil llocs de treball i una inversió induïda de 12.022.160 euros. Sense el suport del programa, aquestes empreses haguessin cessat la seva activitat.
L’èxit del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya radica en la cooperació en xarxa d’entitats públiques, administració local, entitats i organitzacions empresarials, així com col·legis professionals. Gràcies a aquesta col·laboració s’ha arribat a fer realitat que Catalunya compti amb un mercat estructurat de la compra-venda de negocis petits.
