Des del Consistori es posaran totes les eines a l’abast dels interessats per «fer un acompanyament permanent des d’una neutralitat absoluta a totes les persones que ho demanin. És un servei públic i totalment gratuït», segons indica Hinojosa, que afegeix que «volem professionalitzar el servei de traspàs dels negocis».
Per fer-ho, des de l’Ajuntament demanen a totes les persones que estiguin a punt de jubilar-se o que han de deixar el seu negoci pels motius que sigui que es posin en contacte amb l’Ajuntament. També es vol fer una base de dades de futurs emprenedors per, després, creuar les dades i «posar en contacte persones per donar un nou camí a les empreses», segons la regidora.
El departament de Desenvolupament Local farà un estudi de viabilitat del negoci i s’acompanyarà als interessats en la tramitació de totes les gestions necessàries per poder fer el traspàs amb totes les garanties.
Núria Hinojosa explica que «actualment estam en una conjuntura social i econòmica que es fa molt necessari oferir aquest servei». La regidora assegura que molts negocis tanquen «per falta de relleu generacional, no perquè no siguin viables». De fet, durant la presentació del programa Reempresa ja s’explicà que posar-se al capdavant d’un negoci ja existent és fins a set vegades més fàcil ja que la persona emprenedora disposa d’un local, de proveïdors, de clientela i de treballadors, ja que un altre dels objectius és mantenir els llocs de feina.
A la pàgina web de l’IDI s’ha habilitat un mercat virtual (marketplace) en el qual es pot consultar l’oferta de negocis que es volen cedir i les persones emprenedores que cerquen un negoci, perquè les dues parts es puguin trobar. Un cop hi ha interès, es posa en marxa tot un procés d’acompanyament perquè la cessió sigui viable, i aconseguir així que la persona que deixa la seva empresa recuperi la inversió i que la persona emprenedora adquireixi un negoci que ja està en funcionament i fer-lo créixer.
La iniciativa Reempresa sorgeix després d’un acord signat entre l’IDI i la Fundació Cecot Innovació de Catalunya per posar en marxa el programa a les Illes Balears, aprofitant el seu coneixement i experiència adquirida en els darrers anys, amb més de 3.000 reempreses d’èxit i més de 7.400 llocs de feina salvaguardats. Arran d’aquest èxit es vol posar en marxa el servei a Mallorca i comença Manacor.
