El Saló BizBarcelona 2016 consolida la reempresa com a alternativa a la creació d’empreses dins de l’ecosistema emprenedor

- A punt d’assolir l’objectiu de salvar 1.000 empreses catalanes abans que finalitzi el 2016, el Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya es marca un nou repte fins el 2019.
- Colomer: “aquest primer semestre estem arribant a una mitjana d’una operació de reempresa d’èxit al dia. El nostre objectiu a partir d’ara serà el de consolidar aquesta mitjana que requereix obrir dos-cents processos de reempresa al mes”.
- Fites assolides la setmana del BizBarcelona: 852 reempreses aconseguides, amb un volum d’inversió induïda de més de 44M d’euros i prop de 3.100 llocs de treball salvaguardats.
- El suport de les Diputacions de Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona i el treball conjunt amb els tècnics dels principals ajuntaments d’aquestes províncies, entitats empresarials i professionals i la pròpia Generalitat són la clau de l’èxit de Reempresa.
Ahir va tancar el Saló BizBarcelona promogut per Barcelona Activa i que en la seva sisena edició ha registrat 13.890 visitants, un 12% més que el 2015.
El Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya participa activament en aquest Saló des del 2012 mitjançant un programa de conferències i un espai de trobades anomenat Matchings Reempresa, en el que aquest any s’han concertat prop més de 200 entrevistes de reemprenedors amb 30 empreses cedents de diferents sectors i poblacions catalanes. “És una mitjana de 6 entrevistes per empresa que cerca una persona que li doni continuïtat davant la propera jubilació de l’actual propietari”, afirma Oriol Alba, coordinador del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya qui afegeix que “els propietaris dels negocis agraeixen poder concentrar les entrevistes en un matí ja que els processos de transmissió són llargs i encaixar les agendes de tots els interessats és lent i dilata els tempos”.
L’experiència de l’edició anterior fa preveure que un terç de les empreses que han participat al Matchings Reempresa d’aquest any acabarà cedint-se a un dels reemprenedors amb qui s’han reunit en el marc del BizBarcelona. La resta ho farà per la via habitual gestionada pels tècnics dels més de seixanta punts de Servei Reempresa a Catalunya.
Per corroborar l’èxit d’aquesta activitat, durant les conferències organitzades per Reempresa el primer dia de Saló, hi han participat cedents i reemprenedors d’empreses que es van conèixer en el Matchings Reempresa del 2015 i que, finalment, van realitzar l’operació de reempresa amb èxit, així com altres testimonis que han viscut un procés d’aquest tipus i que poden donar resposta, des de la seva pròpia experiència, als dubtes i consultes dels assistents.
Durant el primer dia del saló, Reempresa ha organitzat un total de 5 conferències amb un gran índex d’assistència entre les que destaquem la de Montserrat Casanovas, presidenta de la Comissió de Valoració d’Empreses de l’ACCID que ha parlat del valor de les empreses, com valorar-les i saber de què en depèn el seu valor; i també la de l’experta en vendes Mònica Mendoza que ha parlat sobre les Tècniques per a una negociació exitosa. Comprar, vendre, acordar. Mendoza és l’autora dels llibres «Lo que NO te cuentan en los libros de ventas» (7a edició) i «Pildoras de Motivación para Comerciales y Emprendedores».
El segon dia de BizBarcelona l’equip de Reempresa es va concentrar en l’espai del Matchings Reempresa després d’haver realitzat una activitat de Team Building amb els més de 150 tècnics i col·laboradors, vinguts de tota Catalunya. Ha estat en aquesta trobada anual que Albert Colomer, director del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya, ha llençat un nou objectiu per a l’equip de treball “aquest primer semestre estem arribant a una mitjana d’una operació de reempresa d’èxit al dia. El nostre objectiu a partir d’ara serà el de consolidar aquesta mitjana que, com ja sabeu, requereix obrir dos-cents processos de reempresa al mes”.
Colomer ha destacat la consolidació de la reempresa com a “alternativa” a la creació d’empreses dintre del Saló i de l’ecosistema emprenedor. “El fet que les ponències s’hagin omplert com ho han fet aquest any, la gran afluència de reemprenedors a l’espai de Matchings, i les consultes realitzades a l’estand mostra l’interès real per l’adquisició d’empreses, sobretot com a via d’autoocupació”.
I un indicadors important per al Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya és que cada cop són més els col·laboradors que se sumen al projecte i que compta amb la implicació de les Diputacions de Barcelona, Girona i Tarragona, de la Generalitat de Catalunya, el SOC i CaixaBank.
La Reempresa en xifres
Des de la posada en marxa del Centre de Reempresa de Catalunya: 852reempreses aconseguides, amb un volum d’inversió induïda de més de44M d’euros i prop de 3.100 llocs de treball salvaguardats.
Actualment hi ha a la base de dades del web de Reempresa, 3.300 empreses en cessió i 5.400 reemprenedors.
De les 852 reempreses d’èxit, el 36% són del sector comerç, un 29,67% són de l’hostaleria, el 27,19% dels casos són del sector serveis, un 6,15% són del sector industrial i la resta a altres sectors.
El preu mig de cessió efectiu per sectors és de 168.893€ en el cas de la indústria, 52.555€ en el sector dels serveis, 49.238€ en el sector del comerç i de 41.130€ en el cas de l’hostaleria. La indústria és on el preu mig de cessió desitjat i l’efectiu estan més equiparats i el sector on la diferència entre ambdós preus és major és en el cas dels serveis on el preu mig efectiu es situa prop de la meitat del preu mig desitjat.
La mitjana de la facturació d’aquestes reempreses d’èxit, en funció del sector, és de 495.215€ en les empreses del sector industrial, 215.621€ en el sector serveis, 155.115€ en el comerç i de 110.936€ en el cas de l’hostaleria.

Aquesta iniciativa pionera a l’estat espanyol, es va posar en marxa el juny de l’any 2011 de la mà de la patronal catalana Cecot, de la Fundació Cp’Ac amb el suport del Departament d’Economia i Coneixement i està finançat per la Generalitat de Catalunya i el fons FEDER europeu. L’any 2012, un conveni amb la Diputació de Barcelona va fer possible que Reempresa arribi durant aquesta any a diferents ajuntaments de la província de Barcelona mitjançant les àrees de promoció econòmica i els tècnics i experts que hi treballen en elles. Posteriorment s’hi van afegir les Diputacions de Tarragona i de Girona que van fer possible que Reempresa també fos present entre els serveis oferts pels ajuntaments i consells comarcals d’ambdues províncies.
La Reempresa és un model d’emprenedoria i de creixement empresarial, pel qual un nou emprenedor – reemprenedor – pren el testimoni en la gestió d’una empresa ja existent, comprant-la en la seva totalitat per continuar l’activitat, salvaguardant d’aquesta manera el patrimoni empresarial individual i col·lectiu, per a fer-la créixer, sense haver de passar per la fase de crear-la.
El mecanisme possibilita la compra dels actius i passius d’una empresa existent al seu anterior propietari o propietaris- cedents- mantenint l’activitat, els llocs de treball i el ritme de funcionament habitual sense entrebancs per l’entorn empresarial proper.
El reemprenedor aporta a l’empresa una renovadora línia d’actuació i els mitjans necessaris per la millora i reorientació del negoci, que parteix d’una situació millor objectivament que la de la possible creació de nou.
Aquest relleu evita la pèrdua de capital econòmic i de coneixement especialitzat, a més de tants actius intangibles, com els contactes o la posició de mercat, inclosos els hàbits de compra dels clients, que porten a la devaluació dels actius tangibles.
